Photographer in Manchester

Hi guys - I'm a Manchester based photographer. I've recently thought of trying to provide a photographic service for people working in the adult industry and started to do some research online as to be informed as to go about this - hence I came across this forum, and therefore came across this thread. The idea came when I seen some of the poorer quality images on sites like viva street of people working in your industry.

I've noticed that many people now choose to take the independent route and need good quality images in their own environment (I have portable studio lighting and pro cameras) to attract clients/customers, at a realistic price and with discretion/confidentiality assured but also a friendly service with a friendly face. I'm hoping that I could do this, eventually being able to work off recommendation and repeat business.

I realise that in order for me to do this, then you would need a photographer who could provide you with the images you need together with any editing requirements but also with your right to control image usage and rights that extend beyond usual traditional photographic services given the nature of your work. I'll happily draw up a contract that will protect your image rights for you.

In order to do this I'm quite happy to provide you with all my identification details to prove my legitimacy, reputation and character. I'm also a nice guy to know, friendly, gsoh, mature, intelligent and with a grounded personality.

My motivation for wanting to do this? Well, I'm looking for a better level of income, especially since my daughter moved to Australia and I'm desperate to be able to afford to go and spend some time with her there. But also to develop my business (I'm new to self employment in general). My current income level, working freelance in education and more traditional photography just doesn't cut it! So I would like to provide relaxed photo sessions for roughly the same price as most people in your career would charge for an hour or two of your time, depending on your specific requirements and travel expenses.

If any of the mods here want to check me out that's fine. If there is a demand for this I'll get myself regularly DBS checked to provide assurances. I would like to build up trust and hopefully long term working relationships between myself and anyone who would like to become a customer. A look at the board rules wouldn't have hurt before just bulldozing into a sex worker only forum either, but since the only ones you really need now are those for advertisers you can find them at the top of this section.

By way of feedback, we don't need to know your reason for needing to earn a living any more than we do any other service provider we might employ, and vice versa. With regard to the image rights, any document you draw up must specifically relinquish copyright and assign it to us or it isn't worth the paper it's written on.
