If you are actually going to employ these women (and I sincerely hope you do mean women, not 'girls,) could you please run us through your terms? Obviously you'll be dealing with PAYE and National Insurance as an employer plus you'll be providing Holiday, maternity leave, sick leave and so on - all other agencies are employed by the prostitutes who remain self employed, so this is something of a new one on us.

No, a pimp is somebody who is controlling prostitution for gain. 'Controlling' is nothing to do with being 'nasty' - it just means telling somebody they have a booking with someone somewhere and it is against the law, although I'm sure you know that already alongside the brothelkeeping laws.

Far more importantly, and for the benefit of newbies, it is NEVER acceptable to get payment even from a punter, let alone from a third party after a booking - the first rule of sex work is get the money upfront. Everybody here knows this - why don't you? You're not seriously thinking that punters will pay some random stranger for their punt before they've even seen us?

The only thing I mean is that you are very impulsive and nasty to the genuine agency who are trying to recruit, you are picking on words and being very rude for an admin of a website. The split and the actual cash in pocket happens after the job. I know that the payment is taken upfront. Don't know why do you have to be so aggressive, I didn't say a bad word to you.

I am just being nice, woman. Nothing else. Looked at your pictures, thought that you look great and you can be a very nice person if you want to. Lets not fight and be nice to each other, we are both trying to do similar things, we are on one side. The only reason why we take the commission is because we have to pay for all these perks we provide and obviously we need to make money for our effort.

Again, if you think that we are so bad- come for an interview, if you want we can do it on a neutral zone and have a chat in a very nice way.

Just repeating this again, lets be friendly and kind to each other, there is no need for rudeness but if you want to argue with relevant and strong argumentation- I would love to know what you think and adapt that to my advertising and principle of working with my girls in the agency.

Had you bothered to read the rules I directed you to, you would know that by posting here you are inviting criticism and that members, including me, will give their opinion as they see fit. Your role is to put up and shut up - if you don't like it, tough. You are an interloper here, nothing more.

We will never, ever advise anyone to accept cash after a booking and this will never change. As suspected, you are not 'employing' anybody - a prostitute will engage you to act as her agent and find her work, and you don't get paid until you've done this. That's how it works.

I'll also warn you one more time not to make any more personal remarks towards or about me. The day I need to pay a pimp to earn a living when I can do everything myself and better in every way imaginable is the day the devil goes to work on ice skates, because Hell will have frozen over.

Hey there! I am surprised to see my friends Blue Lace here, I just started working for them about what? Two weeks ago. They have 3 partners running it, 2 women (one is a stylist and pr manager , one is a clients organizer and she is 37 or something). The dude is doing all the Security. No. And I never said anything positive about the OP. I just said that some girls may like to work via an agency but that they all seem to come across as idiots when they post here.
