My point is: If you're going to leave your bookings in someone else's hand because you don't have the time of the day to do it yourself, at least make sure that:

a) The person is grown up and reliable.
b) Can speak proper English.
c) Comes across as polite, mature and responsible enough to screen clients properly.
d) Shows you a real website (not a dodgy wordpress with stolen pics that looks designed by a 5 year old).
e) Knows what she's/he's doing because they know the business pretty well.
f) You get payed first thing when meeting the client (NOT at the end of the day when the agency pimp gives you your money. That's just bull$%T).
g) Puts your safety before financial gain (no agency does this but anyway..)

Doesn't mean that despite meeting the above requirements you won't get f#@$d over. You most probably will at some point, but at least you made some money in the process.

Oh and for anybody who missed it, this shower thought nothing of posting false warnings on the warnings board to scare people and then banging on about how great the agency they now 'work for' is, and how much better off they are having found them .

If an agency is so fabulous THEY will have US contacting THEM.

When they spam (which is what unsolicited mail is) in any way, they fail by default.

Spamming is one thing, fake postings in the warnings section is another. This forum is a terrible place to recruit as the majority of us are already established. But even if you do... hold yourself together (a good business can handle themselves under pressure) and don't try and mislead us. There's something wrong with your business if you need to do that.
