We did a soft launch just in Norway (SMS and forum posting) just over a week ago. Stats so far is 2874 unique visits, 19 931 page views, average visit time is just over 8 minutes. Got some positive feedback and girls are already starting to recommend us in the market.

Why launch just in Norway? Well, the market there is pretty much owned by 1 other site - so we wanted to challenge this. If the model works, we plan to expand to more countries after finding the right people to run these countries.
