So I thought I'd heard it all, but today I heard of ''Gifting'' and my jaw hit the floor.  For those of you who don't know, this appears to be a group of HIV positive men who are deliberately going round going BB with escorts to 'gift' them HIV.

1: The place in question has existed since time immemorial, most of the posts are fantasy and there's no evidence whatsoever that anybody on it has ever even done it with a girl, let alone a prossie. It's a fetish site.

There are obviously some busy men in one tiny section of it talking about condomless sex with escorts, but

a) most of it will indeed be fantasy wank material, not least because..
b) most of them are probably not HIV+, and..
c) even if they were, vaginal sex is a relatively rubbish way of transmitting HIV, and..
d) they're almost always talking about shagging and occasionally trying to make someone pregnant instead.

In any case, a look in your inbox will show that you already know there are men who want bareback, so why waste time looking at some of them fapping away at the idea? Especially if you're not one of the people - who you also know exist - who will do it?

I'm reasonably sure that I've said that no-one has been convicted here for deliberate transmission, and there are good health promotion reasons for saying that no-one should have been convicted for reckless transmission (and only a couple of handfuls of people have been).
