Can I ask why you need the escorts real names?  This is not needed by you as you are not an employer.  The escort is employing you to act as an agent for her.
There is never a need to have real name or address or any other details that may give her real identity to you

Ladies if any of you are new and thinking of doing this do not send your real details out.  You have no idea who the person who runs this company is and you have no idea what may happen with your info if you decided to work with them and them decide to move on.
Never give an agency your real full name or your address.  They don't need it for any legit reason.

I do agree with you but we are not asking for the escorts full name. There is nothing wrong with knowing someone on first name terms. Personally, I think its more professional, However, you're right, there is no 'need' and I do understand the concerns so I will change it.

It's hard to prove over words but I can assure you I have the protection of the escorts confidentiality, safety and well being as my number 1 priority. Not only this, I am also bound by the Data Protection Act, ANY information passed onto us will ALWAYS be handled with the strictest of confidence.

Well you're 'allowed' to ask whatever you wish - in this instance I would suggest photographic ID with the name and any other identifying information bar the picture and the DOB covered up. The person potentially employing you also has every right to tell you to stick it and go elsewhere.

As for the DPA, you don't have any reason to see, collect or store any information that would be affected by it, but should the police take any interest in you and your operation I think it'll be the Sexual Offences Act/ the control of prostitution for gain they'll be more concerned with.

Agreed, I never expected more than that anyway. I'm hoping the girls wouldn't say that as I am offering them a professional service.

As for the legal side of things I have spent a lot of money on making sure I am operating legally. Rest assure I have taken no chances in jeopardising the status of the company or anybody who works for the company.

And nobody claimed that it was. What is illegal is you arranging for this to take place in exchange for payment (for example by ringing or texting one of the people on your site and telling them that they had a booking, then taking commission from them afterwards) and if you had read and understood the legislation I linked to, you would already know this.

It is however, illegal to produce Meths behind closed doors.

Actually, it's not - 'meths' or methylated spirits/denatured alcohol is entirely legal, although I daresay it's manufacture is subject to some regulations. What I referred to was 'meth', or methamphetamine, which is illegal, but either way, kudos on managing to spectacularly miss my point.

whats the connection between knowing an escort name and her age? Cose I see none.

I think all those forms agencies use to recruit escorts and gain money from them are abusive, as an agency has no right to ask for someones name or ID.
