It is a very specialist area of the law, and going along to someone who is not an expert in it is one way to get into lots of trouble. Especially if you're somewhere where the police really do not like pimps and they know where you are.

It does make you wonder precisely what they think we do all day, doesn't it?

Given the OP's clear inability to read what's right in front of him, it doesn't leave much doubt as to what happened to his eyesight which is possibly also why he still hasn't spotted the glaring mistakes in his website small print alluded to earlier. Let's hope that the people from Companies House are feeling similarly lackadaisical, should they happen across it.

One thing I would love to know is the name of the firm seemingly responsible for the 'legal advice' the OP has received, if for no reason other than to ensure that neither I or anyone I know ever engages them to do anything, ever.
