Im like, what difference does it make?  ???

It doesn't automatically pop up on CE if they message on WhatsApp

I have to copy the number and search manually,  I find that a large proportion of those that contact on WhatsApp first are timewasters

Hi VS. A friend of mine is trying to set up an account with you but every time she puts in a username, she gets a message saying that it's already taken? She has tried about twenty different and bizarre names with numbers etc but your site is saying all those names are taken?

Thanks.

Always go with your gut instinct. If something doesn’t feel right about a situation or person then don’t go ahead with it. That should be the number one rule in this profession.

I had someone call me late one night last year and I immediately had a bad gut feeling about him. But I chose to ignore it and met him anyway, only to be assaulted and mugged. This particular client had been abusing cocaine so it wasn’t hard for me to know something was wrong about him when he called. Iv met lots of clients who have been taking cocaine in the past but something felt especially wrong about this client. Our instincts are there to protect us and we must always follow them.

Your safety and well-being should always be paramount and no amount of monetary value should ever get in the way of that.

Thank you, yes, he is about 5"10, blondish, 42 (he says)

He comes across as quite nice and normal, totally obsessive...always has money. You wouldn't really expect him to be a problem.

Never judge a book by the cover

I've recently been thinking of creating a profile on Vivastreet and so need to pay a fee for the advertising. I tried paying off my international card and my account was blocked. I read through their terms again, but also wanted to ask the following: how will the fee be reflected in my bank account? Who am I paying, and is the payment secure?  ??? ??? I am not expecting a reputable payment processor, but still...

I am asking this because the site itself looks dodgy, has other ads on it which makes it feel like a spam website.

I don't mind taking short notice bookings but I do say they'll have to take me as they find me. Although I'll do my best to be as presentable as I can.

One guy gave me ten mins notice and then when he turned up he said what he really loves are high heels.

I didn't have them on hand and would have meant ferreting about in the wardrobe so I did without. In that case I thought tough, he should've given me more notice.

If a punter can't talk they're likely at work or around other people, so they'll move on to somebody who doesn't work by phone calls and avoid wasting any more of your or their time. I agree they ought to text back and say so, though.

I have the opposite problem; punters ignoring my ads and trying to phone me when I only take bookings by text. If they all just read the bloody ads none of this would happen.
