Yes I agree London is busy, but it depends how fussy you are! I find that 50% are clients I wouldn't see x

Well even if I turned away 50% (and think it's probably slightly less than that, although I would hardly say I'm not fussy when I block people just for using words like 'hun' ;D), 50% of loads is still a lot. If you're getting 50+ enquiries a day, you could turn away 80% of them and still have a bloody good wedge at the end of it :).

Every guy I've seen so far has been really wonderful. (I've probably cursed myself by saying that!) I've certainly gotten calls from jokers but the ones I've met have been handsome and fun and all-around lovely. God, I love when I'm on one of those winning streaks. I sure do hate when they come to an end and one ugly weirdo after another comes to visit. Why do they come in streaks like that?

I have had two cancellations tonight that fucked up my evening. Several guys called in the late afternoon looking for some early evening fun and I had to turn them away and by the time I got the cancellations and tried to offer them a spot they were no longer interested (either they'd gone home or they'd found someone else to see.) They weren't no-shows, but polite cancellers, so I'm not sure how I could have vetted to proven them better. And I had a fucked-up morning where I had to move rooms due to poor phone reception so I know I missed a booking in the morning.

I'm going to be  a little more "sharp" in my dealings tomorrow and make sure to get a good, early start.

oooh....Fabulassie!  I am well jel, as they say in Essex!

As I'm a Londoner myself, I would love to have some of those guys as punters, as you do get a laugh (okay, I used to work in the City, so know what to expect!)..........not "exactly" the same in Dundee.

Apart from the room fuck up, I'm pleased you are doing well!  ;)

I'm relieved because February really has been dire.

I'm trying Heathrow next month. I really don't know if this time and last time (Euston) are flukes - and for that matter, everything could go dead tomorrow.

How is everyone else finding it at the moment? I had a killer weekend and then it died a horrible painful death from Sunday onwards. I'm not used to slow times and starting to get slightly ticked off to be honest. TW's galore but a decent client or even enquiry forget it. :FF

Only 5 more days and it's March thank God!

Why do they all get the horn at the same time? Is it the moon? Some sort of bat signal? If only we were like doctors and could tell THEM when they were coming. LOL

I'm never very good to tell if things are good or not as I don't think my advance booking only system I am doing right now is very indicative of the market. However, after 2 weeks or so of bb requests and various other stupidity, I finally have some decent advance bookings lined up. So I am happy!  :)

Yeah I realised that after I posted lol well that's even better because February has been a long hard slog considering it's the shortest month of the damn year! Still meeting targets each week but boy does it feel like I'm 'working' for it a lot harder than is necessary >:(

Anyone else find that when it's dead all the idiots ring but it's not really anymore often than usual just feels like every single call is a moron? That's how I've found it this month having to wade through the bullshit to find the decent big spenders.

Yes to everything you said. I find it hard to maintain energy and enthusiasm when my first viable call comes in at 4pm.

February was an absolute nightmare of idiots and timewasters. With pet related problems breaking the bank I was starting to worry.

Beginning from Sunday I am fully booked (I'm part-time) until 14th March. Literally can't fit any more bookings in if I want to have just a few hours of free time each day. Soooo Happpyyyyyy!!! ;D ;D

I usually take around 3 hours a week. I have 12 booked in over the next 2 weeks. Most are guys I have seen before and I'm fairly certain they will all show up  :o PARTAAYYYYY!!  ;D

Today has been absolutely diabolical! And it started quite well with a couple of promising sounding telephone enquiries from perfectly polite gentlemen with decent feedback... Then it all went pete tong lol, cancellation, a no show. Second part of the afternoon we had builders putting the new flooring down on communal stairs. Had to turn 1 potential hour booking away, then there was a sweet nothing after that. Zilch.
Cant wait for this month to be over!
