What do you do when you have a client with a pimple on his lip?  The reason i ask is because  I  just  encountered a client with the same...
He seemed lovely totally down to earth and charming... But in this industry  I expect to come across some lier's... My usual boundaries  say don't   kiss the guy and dint let him 'go down on you'... However  I have also had the odd pimple on my lip as well .. and have tested negative for herpes. No pain exhibited  and after asking him frankly  if he'd ever had a cold sore  his answer was ' no' so I felt slightly  reassured. I guess I'll  find out in due course if the was being honest, but  I just thought I would pick  your brains...
How do you say 'sorry I cant kiss you and no you cant go down on me' tactfully? Without  being rude. Any suggestions or advice  would be much appreciated.

Pimples are usually obviously pimples rather than herpes / syphilis / anything else sores

If you can't tell what it is, then just say "no" to RO and kissing. Simples.

If it is an obvious white/blackhead then no worries but I have seen people have a pimple looking lump that within days breaks into a cold sore.  So unless I can say for sure I always just say I am sorry but no kissing or RO as I am unsure if that is going to turn into a coldsore or not. 
Its not rude at all to be health conscious and I am sure many guys would be relieved if you are that careful

I agree, I state in my profile if clients have spots around their mouth there won't be any kissing or RO.
It's only fair I look after myself.
