Clients Wanting/Expecting to use your entire flat!
« on: 22 December 2013, 11:41:39 am »
Just wondering your thoughts on this ladies.

Lately I have had a number of situations where the client (new client) expects to use other parts of my flat that are off limits.

I live and work from my flat and the way my flat is set up, its actually good for keeping things very separate as its a duplex so I have a working bedroom and obviously a bathroom for my clients to use which I think is all that's needed but I had a client recently show who said he wanted to start off in the livingroom which I had to refuse as he hadn't mentioned it before and we had email correspondence before the phone call and at no point did he mention this. I had to refuse not only because I class it off limits but I have family photo graphs in frames, letters with my real name and everything on them and other bits and pieces that are personal so unless I really know someone, its just not something I am comfortable with besides that specific client asked for all sorts of services I didn't offer and he was genuinely surprised that I wasn't into dogging, sex parties, German goo girl type parties & bukkake  ::)

Then I had another quite recently who wanted to have sex in my kitchen, again off limits and unhygienic IMO!

Do any of you ladies prefer to keep working & clients to your work room or do you mind using your whole apartment? I don't mean ladies who only use the apartment for work, if I had a work apartment then I wouldn't mind. I mean ladies who live and work from the same place.

xx

I'm with you on this one PP and I had a working incall apartment and didn't use my home but the bathroom/shower room and the bedroom IMO is all that they need to be in.  I had two comfortable chairs and coffee table for glasses/mugs to be laid on if it was a longer booking and we were having a chat to discuss what was going to happen.

I often wonder if the guy was trying to find out if we were alone when some guys suggested what you speak about and this made me feel uneasy and in most cases, if not all I explained in a strong way that there was no chance this would happen.  Whether it is your home or working flat it is still "YOUR SPACE" and you deserve your privacy.  It is another way of boundary pushing IMO and we won't accept it in other situations so why would we accept it in this situation.

Stick to your guns, it's your choice.

Thanks LL  :D

I also have some clients follow me around which is a little weird and I had a client who turned out fine last week that went off on his own to check out the whole of down stairs, he said he was just interested to see what my flat was like as he really liked the lay out but this made me really uncomfortable at first. He didn't go upstairs thankfully, I'd have drawn the line at that x

Same as Lady Lust, I used to have a working apartment and the only rooms clients were allowed in was the bedroom and the bathroom. Although I did not live there the lounge was my own private space with personal items in.

It also leaves that added mystery as to if you have somebody in the other room or not, this is for your own safety and security.

Some clients will always try and take advantage / push your boundaries,

My work apartment is just for work,  but I rarely have clients in the living area.  I think of this as my space and unless I know them well they didn't have access to it.

From a safety point of view it can be dodgy as well.  But having said that if I'm with a new client I always make a reference to my flat mate being in,  even if I am on my own.

Im also with you on this   I have a separate work apartment which i only use for work. However  I'm totally with you on this    i have the bedroom which is spacious and comfortable  a separate toilet and a separate walk in style shower   Its all upstairs and that i i think that a is needed

Im not shagging in my kitchen or my lounge .  The lounge is for me it private and my space where i can slob out in between bookings  watch tv, surf the net and relax    and the kitchen  well loads of accidents happen in the kitchen  ;D

I often bring one of my dogs with me to work for company as well so if they did fancy shagging me on the sofa chances are  my 13 stone dog would be either trying to give him one or bite his ass or knowing my dog probably both at the same time

However when i did hot tub appointment at my house  clients would have to walk through my lounge to get to my garden but that just meant that  i had all my personal stuff in my kitchen

ha ha , sounds like my place :) . I do work from home but i have a front n back door ...Front door is straight onto lounge which has a very old , grumpy and senile  staffordshire bull terrier in it...So its in through the back door ( ooh er mrs) and straight upstairs... The dog is great for keeping people out of my personal space. :) ...The clients hear a quick "woof" when they come in and that keeps them from wanting to hang around downstairs.

Poor dog is on his last legs really , he cuddled up to me as i type. Im gonna be gutted when "its time" as we have been through some dark days together and we are very attached. He is still pretty healthy though for his age ,so might be here for a while yet. Hes gone bald on his belly , just bought him a special "belly coat" for xmas.

Douge De Bordeaux,   he is called Hooker after me , He was the runt of my last litter so no one wanted him so I kept him and he just suddenly wouldn't stop growing he only just turned  this week
He is one of six Douge De Bordeaux that I have and a Bullmastiff
I used to do a lot of showing with them even been to Crufts  several times and  and got placed in classes and still try to show them now, but my niece will do shows she has more patience than I do

I'm the same.  I have a bedroom I work from and a seperate bathroom for clients to use.  The only other part of the flat that any guy sees is the kitchen, but only to offer then a drink, I can't imagine having sex in there as not only would it be unhygenic, but uncomfortable as well.
Although there isn't much in the way of personal belongings in the livingroom, I wouldn't use it as the window in it is over 3 metres high with no curtains and is very exposed, plus that's my own private space along with the other bedroom.

I have a work apartment yet I wont allow clients to go anywhere apart from the hall, bathroom and bedroom as not only do I like space just for me I also don't want them snooping around as my handbag etc are in one of the other rooms as are my phones and all my other stuff I carry around with me.

I have personally found guys who do this do it for one of two reasons, to see if you are alone (why do they need to know?) or to get the lay out and find out where your purse etc are kept.  neither fill me with confidence and only one of my regs is allowed into my lounge and that is because I trust him implicitly and know he would rather give me money than steal from me.  Plus he always brings me beef wellingtons that he has made himself and lots of other goodies that have to go straight into the fridge.  He also is rather frail and I know his home address and all his details so know he would not ever do anything wrong.  I would never allow any other cient to invade my personal space though.  My work lounge is my place to relax during the day and if clients were in and out of it then it would no longer be my sanctuary

I have very sharp ears and eyes. Also had a friend comment on something I had already at my place, that they'd assumed I'd done on purpose as a security measure. I'd never thought of it that way before and now plan to do a bit more of it!

Newbies and most regulars get shunted straight down the hallway to the back room,  then out the window when I am done with them   ;D

There  are 3 or 4 regulars who get to roam around but mainly to talk and see my other business activities but these are peeps I've seen for between 3-5 years and i know as much about them as they do me and one whom I've seen for 6 years has a key and lets him self in, without saying why, it's best he comes in rather than wait on the street.

I guess it's like those "PRIVATE" rooms they have in restaurants etc or any establishment though, i think that's what some clients fail to realize is that this is work we keep it seperate.
