We do this for free but take 30% of what you make with our clients.

An escort agency does not allow you to work independent, at least not the ones that I worked with. High-end agencies usually end your contract if you do so. I worked with two, so I know what I am talking about.
We founded this company 1 month ago and I believe the right people will understand what we offer.
London is a tough place but we have opportunities to advertise and promote the right girls in internationally,
but you won't get five clients per day from us. If that is what you are looking for, you need to go somewhere else.
Our girls get one or two jobs per week. Our rates are above average, so it pays off for them.
I can't promise we will be able to do the same in London immediately but working together is based on mutual trust. If you approach someone with the phrase "How are you not an escort agency?" you either never worked for an agency or didn't read properly enough.
We stated what we offer and many escort agencies do not help you to improve your escort personality or give you advise for free.

Wow, the attitude will put everyone on here off you immediately, that much I can promise you.

So, one at at a time:

1, SOME agencies do not mind girls working indie, it's the personal preference of the agency and doesn't stop them from being an agency.
2, Escorts are not under 'contracts' with escorting agencies in this country. Would girls be expected to sign one with you?
3, You have not run your business in London at all yet, and you expect girls to work for you exclusively when you have no proven business there?
4, I have worked for agencies, more than the 2 you have worked for. 2 agencies does not mean you understand the working of the hundreds of agencies in this country.
And finally 5, I can read just fine and some of us are actually quite good at our job and don't need work on our 'personality' or coaching. Not that you have offered any qualifications that make you competent to coach escorts.

I have been in this industry for years and you can offer no evidence of your services and you have an attitude towards anyone questioning you. You are not going to do very well here unless you fix some of those things.

P.S I see no more than 2/3 clients a week at present as I am at university and don't have the time for more, despite your implication we must just want clients back to back to not want to work with you.

I just advertise and people can decide for themselves. There is no guarantee for anything in life my dear.
You try and see. I have responded to your questions but I have realized that people here can get extremely aggressive as soon someone advertises an agency --- and if it makes you happy---then OK, call us an agency.
 I have worked with some, also in the other countries and I had an agreement with nearly everyone. even if it was just a signed paper and they have a copy of your passport so you don't run away with their money. Yes, we sign agreements with our girls after one month probation. We are a company, therefore pay taxes and have clients from New York, Dubai etc.

What we offer is MANAGEMENT so girls can learn how to work as Elite Escorts for a specific clientele.
You have to be a certain way to do so and have the contacts. We do have the contacts and what we do now is preparing the right girls to work with them.

I have issues with the way you presented yourself when you couldn't even state specifics yet you expect girls to trust you to get them work when you have no evidence of having done so in London. Would you have worked for an agency like that exclusively?

I really don't know what agencies you have worked for but the 10 or so here I have worked at, at various times over the years have never made me sign anything, just confirm my age with ID. And they were high end agencies.

Midstudent, you are surely a lovely lady but I don't know what you are talking about.
 Not even most London agencies that I experienced (I hired girls with my ex-bfr from a few of them and lived in Knightsbridge for one year by the way) will guarantee you business. When I asked the girls how they felt with their agencies, most said they wanted to get out or didn't get enough jobs. The way you describe the agencies you worked for makes me doubt that you experienced what I did. My agencies had me travel to Monaco or Dubai for several days, so no matter where I was or they were, I received bookings.
If you think, I have to live in London to make a girl successful then you are wrong.
Everyone is different and AGAIN - I never promise anything to anyone because it also depends on the girl.
Some girls are extremely beautiful and amazing personalities but won't get bookings because they are arrogant or unconsciously don't like what they do. 

When I lived in London I go to places like Annabelle's or Arts Club and I am a well-known guest at the Dorchester hotel (not as an escort).

I still travel to London at least once every month for 4 days and consider it boring by now because I have seen all the places I wanted to.
It is true that clients in London are harder to get because there are many girls who offer a lot for nearly nothing, that doesn't mean that you still have people who strive for quality and pay huge amounts to buy a perfect fantasy. C69 has been the best example in the past for that.
