Lulu, assuming you've read at least some of the long-dead thread you've posted in, why do you want anything to do with this person in particular when there is tons of information about websites and designers (including recommendations) all over the board? 
Amy, as you can hopefully tell I really struggle using the site and I am unfortunately not as computer savvy as yourself.
The only reason I am contacting this particular person is because once I searched for web designers they came up.
The long-dead thread I posted in, I have no idea how to find and it's only a coincidence that I found this reply.
I often feel I am being chastised when I ask questions on the site (I just need help) and this is the only way I know how to seek it.
