2 double bedroom apartment to let ideal for touring or local escorts, short or longterm, 1 en suite and a separate bathroom in a discreet modern apartment with secure private intercom entrance, lots of parking in chester city center 4min walk from train station. The flat is fully furnished with bedding,towel,kitchen and lounge, WiFi etc.
Working hours 8AM-11PM, overnight included if you want. Looking for discreet ladies that can respect the apartment and neighbours. No smoking in apartment, no illegal substance, no boyfriend.
Prices: ?80 a day per room or ?400 a week per room
Deposit is required for booking more than 3 days.

Do you go in yourself and clean the flat after each girl has been in or do you rely on the girls to do it? It's just when I've rented before in Chester, not your place, some of the girls there were complete skanks and left the place a total shit tip. I would like to know the answer to that too as I am really interested in renting. I worked in another apartment before where the owner relied on the girls to leave it clean. Sadly most of the time they didn't.

Most of these flats rely on the girl to clean at the end. I pmd one the other day though that doesn't let you in till 2. So am guessing that one cleans. Maybe the Chester lady will reply soon.
