Hi All,
Thank you to the owner/mods for proving a place where we ladies can chat, share info and just let off steam where the guys can't ridicule, threaten bad reviews or just be just plain insulting. I came here after leaving theotherboard.com, a Denver Colorado board that , over the last while even the last few days has disintegrated into a pit of insults aimed at the women in the industry.

I got caught up in the maelstrom of bs trying to defend "us" and then realized I was getting as bad as the very guys who started it. Decided to step back and walk away. The negativity is alarming and it's getting worse, so much so that other women have left.

I am eager to participate and share on here. I am looking for a forum that is at least tolerable if not friendly toward the ladies in this business.
