Ooh this is killing me at the moment as I've decided that once I get back to the UK that I'm going to set up a new profile and start again. I can't reactivate my old profile - and to be honest am not that bovved as I want to ditch some old clients - but for the life of me I can't think of a new name  :FF I don't want anything overtly sexual, nothing to boring and as I'm Irish maybe an Irish name to give people a heads up (but nothing too twee - Orla O'Lovely  :-X)

But...I've been thinking that Irish names when written out look totally unpronounceable and could put some people off. The ones I'm thinking of are:

Niamh
Aoife
Aisling
Eimear (Emer)

Though I think maybe I'm over-thinking the whole thing (recovering from an op, nothing else to do!), and my last working name was pulled from the sky as I was in such a rush. Hopefully I'll be hit by divine inspiration...Ohh Madonna?I wish I could use my real name as I love it, but hey-ho that's life and it's fun trying to think of pseudonyms (I wish Carmen San Diego wasn't taken). God what am I going to be like if I ever have a baby/puppy?

:) I took a nice Irish name though I didn't now at that time. My inspiration was Italian journalist Oriana Fallaci, though this name has also secret emotional meaning to me. I did find one retired escort and an agency sharing my name, excellent! Not much competition.

ThreeFaces, how about ?ine, Brenna, Caitlin, Carlin, Morrigan, Noreen, Riona, Shinead, Una?

This is embarrassing but I've always struggled to pronounce Caitlin correctly (I think it's cattch-leen if you're doing it correctly). And ?na is out because if I ever have a baby girl that's the name I'm picking (or more realistically if I ever get a dog I'll call it Una, the massive Peter Pan complex I have means any poor baby I have would only have to wait 3 years before it's more emotionally mature than me  ;)).

I do love Oriana I was admiring it a few days ago...Though I promise I won't steal (maybe...).

The name Niamh is stuck in my head, I could write it Neve which is how it's pronounced and it won't scare people with the 'mh' which is actually pronounced as a 'v'.

Ho-hum, I'm putting way too much thought into this, but my last working name didn't suit me and it sounded a bit soppy and weak (I really am reading way too much into this  ::))

Thanks for the tips xx

I like Brenna... it's pronounceable and fairly original  :)

Everytime I try to download something illeagaly my laptop dies - it's like instant karama  :P

I'm now thinking Aoife-Belle, one of The Saturday's called her baby that lately (is it totally wrong to steal a baby's name?), and I think it's sweet and original. So I am now rechristened, just have to take some photos, get back to Blighty and I shall be back hawking my wares on AW in about a week - wish me luck!

Agreed, I know how to say it, but that's because a friend at school had the same name. I think a lot of men would be baffled.

No...I could phonetically sound it out (Eee-fa), but f*ck me that's more hassle than it's worth.

Maybe I'll just think of the world's least sexiest name and go with that - Moist Mildred or Erotic Ethel?Gyrating Gertrude?

So much easier, but I've gone totally off topic so I'll shut up and put my thinking cap on!

Some lovely names mentioned above but one or two are hardly easily pronounceable.
Men who phone us really need to feel comfortable with who they ask for.
The name Niamh is one of my favourites but you have to admit it is a strange one for
saying out loud and guys could get embarrassed if they say it as it reads and you have
to correct them.

My imagination plays games when I think of men phoning and saying
"hello is that HotSlut4u?" or something similar.

Keep it real is my advice, and there are some delightful names out there to do just that.

Thanks everyone for the tips - divine inspiration hit with thanks to The Cure. And then I was listening to The Smiths and started wishing I was a BBW 'cuse if I had my own website it'd totally be called SomeGirlsAreBiggerThanOthers...

Anyways thanks for listening!

I chose my name mainly because it's got "BBW" in it....and I want to make it easy for those Guys that are specifically searching for BBW's....  ;D

But I DO state on my Profile very clearly that my name is Helen and most Guys just ask for Helen when they ring me, it also shows that they've read my Profile....

I decided to use the same name here so that I have an Internet Presence with the same name all over the Place....if that makes sense....
