I updated my ad on viva today paying for the monthly package. I paid ?350 and where the heck is my multi repost. This is horrendous you would think that they would get it right. So where is my compensation?.

Viva made the error I didn't all viva got was my hard earned cash. I stuck to my side of the deal.

Ill be phoning Kate tomorrow to sort this out because I am not going to let this rest.

This is so out of order what are they playing at?.

Thank you all I am asking for is them to give me 24 hours plus 12 hours back for loss of exposure. I dont get the multi repost otion not to get it lol.  She isnt in until 11am I was told yesterday.. 

So need to wait and my phone is quiet thanks viva street. You would think they wouldn't make any errors with the amount of experience lol.

This financial year Ive been doing really well on Viva - I also advertise on AW but Ive been getting much more work from VS which is shocking!

It can get very expensive to advertise with them if you select the optional upgrades, but if they are bringing you enough paying clients then that should easily cover your outgoings. I spend on average ?30-?40/week.

Its a shame that they cant improve on their customer service side or respond in a timely manner, but I now have a specific person I speak with if/when I need to call - he speaks good English (I find that most of the office staff dont which can get very frustrating) & is very quick and efficient when dealing with my issue (and I have had quite a few issues with them but I only stick with them as they are the most lucrative site for me otherwise I wouldnt!)

Leicesterlass, every site is going to be different for us on different websites and that can vary from location, services provided etc. My best advise to you is to trial it for a month & see whether it works for you or not - at least that way you can get a true idea whether its a good site for you or not. The cheapest option is ?5.99/week but thats just for posting your ad online only

I only do the cheap options No way on earth would I pay ?350 for advertising
I have found that guys search it all any way
I now use a android phone with an auto response on it it filters out all the Timewaster's as the ones that text back have all been pretty genuine & really nice clients

Thank you to everyone who has replied to me. I will give it some more thought. Aw is barely bringing in any work at the min and just pulled the Friday ad due to the crazy amount of timewasters. The auto response sounds like a good idea, do you then direct them to your usual phone Paris?

I do really well with Vivastreet but it didn't work in Wales. Will be interesting to find out what it's like in Stafford and London.

Something seems to have changed. If you change location and make a mistake you don't need to wait for moderation to change it again.

Yeah they changed this two days ago! No more having to wait hours on end now for our profiles to be modified and approved
