Could anyone who has a number for him please PM me with it? Sounds familiar..think I nearly met him whilst on tour last year  ??? Sounded v.genuine, if a bit 'slimy' like Amy said (I love that word). Told me he would have to pay after the booking when I called him on the day to confirm. I told him where to go.
Thanks x

Told me last year that he was a Barrister & had a place in Derbyshire & London but due to his daughter being home we would have to go to a hotel. Wud pay so much up front but then would have to go to the bank on Monday morning to get the rest!!!! Obviously I said no.

Does he really think he can still get away with this tale!!!?? The stupid moron.

He tried to book me about  18 months ago. I knew about him as he has been reported on Northern Angels ladies board. I was not a member of this board then. I strung him along and told him I would meet him in the carpark of a pub/b&b in Derbyshire. I thought at least I could get him to pay for the room and he would be left all alone. He did turn up I think but obviously I didn't. He has a broad Derbyshire accent and goes on and on about how he is going to treat you "like a princess".

This guy is the one and same in the 'conman' thread and he's still ripping unsuspecting ladies off in the same manner.

Could we combine the two threads admin?

Amber I told him only was I'd see him would be if he gave the cash to my driver who would "look after it"(as a way to test him)....he agreed but I suspected if I turned up he wouldn't have the cash, and would start on one of his "I'll go to the bank on Monday" lines. Funnily enough he always tends to book at/for weekends, with bank holidays a favourite with him. Suppose it gives him his excuses.

Yes he is he phoned my friend but this time on a withheld number & said it was his work phone. He would obviouly phone her on his own phone when he's charged it up as it was flat at the minute. He gave all the same spiel as before Mr Ward & will let her have his hotel & room number as soon as he has sorted it.

I told her not to even bother with him & told her all about the warnings!! "He sounded so nice & quite posh tho'!!!!" I told her not let that fool her again.

OK.. Have had a request from a Clive Vaughan who has invited me to travel from the midlands to his luxury apartment (which when I viewed the address on street view is actually a flat above a shop) next Sunday for an overnight. He has promised to treat me like a princess and claims to be an Oxford educated lawyer. Think this is probably the same guy. He reckons he has only just purchased the property so he wont be on the electoral register yet etc..

Number he contacted me on is 07840 391** (Mods - hope this is how you like the number to be given.. If not my apologises).. He has also given me a landline number but as of yet whenever I have rung it it has not been answered.

Needless to say I shan't be going.. Think I will have trouble transferring money from ISA to buy my ticket up there.. And I drive.. lol

This guy has scammed someone again, and the person reporting has given me permission to post some details here. I will add that this comes third hand but matches with the information Delicious Delight has;

01246 8604**
078403981**

'Clive' booked an outcall to Chesterfield, Nottinghamshire 2 days and would pay ?3000. He paid her ?150 deposit for the booking into her bank account. When she arrived he tried to ply her with drink, and offered her half the fee in cash, half to be got from the bank in the morning(sounding familiar yet?). She used her marker pen and the ?50 notes were all fake. Apparently the notes would pass a visual test so a warning to us all to use pens. When she confronted him he got very nasty and stole her phone from her bag, she threatened to involve the police and got away. She received abusive texts from him all night.

Apparently the girl booked was from out of the area which also fits with his MO. Basically this man is dangerous.

As I say this has come third hand, I've no reason to disbelieve it though as I'm sure anyone who reads this thread will agree.

This is very similar to MO for Mr Ward ie promises to pay you after the date from his bank.

I think he is back, I had a text asking for an outcall overnight and i found this on punternet - this is they guy who tried to contact me

*WARNING....DO NOT SEE THIS MAN...**

This was told to me last night by an experienced working girl and she asked me to warn other girls

01246 860 4**

07840 398 1**

Claims to be rich barrister 58 years old 'clive'
Outcall Playcross, Chesterfield, Nottinghamshire - 2 days #3,000 wanting companion and domination and possibly becoming regular

Booked via daily sport and she was picked as not a local girl. Seems very nce and very convincing on phone, regular calls to discuss, landline number - offered and paid #150 into her account day before to cover trains/expenses and to secure booking

When she arrived he'd already been drinking, and was obviously not who he claimed to be. He was reluctant to hand over any money (which he changed to half now, rest next day when banks open).

He kept trying to ply her with drinks which she refused which really annoyed him (maybe would have spiked her drink?)

When money was handed over she luckily had a marker pen on her which showed to be fake notes - all #50's

**(THESE LOOK VERY REAL AND WOULD EASILY PASS AS REAL ONES)**

when she confronted him he got very nasty at being caught out as didn't expect her to be able to check the money!

She then caught him going through her bag and stealing her mobile, which he denied until she rang her number from her other mobile and it was in his pocket!

She threatened to call the police and luckily managed to get away but was bombarded with lots of very nasty texts from him rest of the night.

He also targets Suffolk.  I had just started in this line of work, in a working house, May 2010.  He phoned using the name Geoff Ward, retired barrister, offering me ?3000 I think,(to be paid at the end of booking, transferring from ISA),  to come up to Derbyshire for two nights.

He had a northern accent and seemed fairly articulate.  I was interested (and naive) so agreed, as long as he would buy my train ticket by credit card to show he was genuine.  Big sigh from him and excuses why he couldn't.  He kept phoning all the next day, eventually I agreed to go.  Like the others, he said he would 'treat me like the princess I was'(I didn't even have a website then, so he had no idea what I looked like), 'give me all the things I deserve' (yeah, clearly he thought I 'deserved' to be ripped off!)  He kept wanting long phone conversations, to 'finalise things' and 'get to know each other', during which a daughter was mentioned.  If I didn't take his calls he would send whiney texts demanding to know why wouldn't I speak to him, I had let him down etc.

I got on that train to Derbyshire without telling one person where I was going. (idiot!)  While on the train, he phoned to make sure I was on my way, then started being really disgusting, asking 'did I like my pussy licked'(eew- got me thinking how sickening I would find him in the flesh).
Someone was looking out for me that day, as the conductor came round and pointed out that I was on the wrong train, so taking the icky phone call into account, I thought bugger this and went home...
When I began working from my own place in Bury st Edmunds, he answered my ad in Ad Trader, requesting my company for two days at his 'holiday home on the Norfolk Broads', he didn't recognise my voice, but I sure as hell recognised his!!  He would have been attracted by my ad because it stated that I was 'new'.

I wonder how long this wanker has been doing this, and how much longer he will get away with it?
Let go of my ears! I know what I'm doing!

When he first tried to book me he gave me an address to a house in Dronfield which was for sale at the time.
New posts suggests he now lives at 'playcross' but i believe this is a mistake meaning Clay Cross in Chesterfield which would be not far from J29

Hi everyone, this idiot is at it again.
He "thinks" he has booked me for an all night on sunday 8pm-9am for ?1000. He contacted me on tuesday and My instincts told me something was wrong. I then searched SAAFE yesterday and found that it may be possible he is the man here. He contacted me again last night, for a further chat and getting addy info etc. I used this time to squeeze out as much info out of him while still letting him think I will turn up on sunday. I made him relax on the phone and he told me all sorts ;) the info I got is posted below.

He told me his name was Lewis R***** (sounds a bit like itchy !) his address is 1*8a high street, clay cross , chesterfield, S45 9**. Phone number 07428***100. He says he doesnt have a land line. Entrance to the house is on the corner of kings street. His house is very near to St Barts church, the old English inn and south hill house residential home for the elderly. He repeated that he lives just off J29 of the M1. He arranged to meet me in a near by lay by , with the idea he will jump in my car and direct me to his house, which he said was hard to find. He told me he has lived at this address for only 3 months, and that his house was built in 1876.... obviously something he think he needs to declare when booking an escort ..!!!!!

He told me that he lived in Bambford, in the hope valley (just outside of sheffield in the derbyshire border) he said he lived in church cottage  (opposite the derwent pub) from 1994 till 1999.

He told me that his normal area for punting is Litchfield , Staffordshire.

He describes himself as 5,9", stocky build, with grey hair that was once blonde.

I told him I would ring him on sunday to confirm etc. I am going to let him wait out in the cold in the lay by.

He likes to express how genuine he is, that we will have a marvelous time, that he hasnt ever booked an escort before . I said I would prefer to meet somewhere public first then go on to his gaff.. he quickly popped in the lay by offer and insisted that there were not any decent pubs around there and we would be fine just meeting in the lay by. Of course, if this was a booking that I would of attended, I would NEVER meet a client in a lay by or such like.

To cast back Ladies and Gents, this guy scams girls by saying that he missed the bank and will pay the following day. He has given cash out to an girl  only once and that was in duff ?50 notes . Luckily she had been clever and test marked them with a fake note pen and caught him out. Its only a matter of time before he slips up but until then give this dick head a wide birth and watch out for him. He uses several different mobile number and suddo names.
I have thought long if I can catch him out this sunday but because of the law, red tape and my own safety I will be tucked up at home nice and warm. :FF ::) :)
