So far I just wasted a bit time on agencies, so right now it's the crazy figuring it out how to do it on my own.

Big hi from me , I started on my own , no agency and found it pretty straight forward and easy. Just advertised picked up the phone asked a few questions , checked they knew that I only offered GFE , I even said , in fact I still do say , I only see nice, friendly guys ( I don't sound vulnerable but it's a fact that's what I want) and with a couple of exceptions it's worked.

There's so much advice on here you'll be fine , everyone's pretty friendly and really helpful , good luck x
