When It Is Busy....
« on: 30 December 2013, 04:31:05 pm »
It can be manic...

Just had time to update my AW profile and have a breather, 9 clients in 3 1/2 hours and only one was a 15 min quickie.

I was running late and not expecting to be over busy, but am very gratefull as I was going to have to rack up the credit card whilst on holiday as I was out of cash in pocket.

A few more booked in for later so still time for a few more, then off for two weeks in the sun to rest.

Hope others have had a busy Xmas time.

My God I feel tired just reading this, I know I couldnt do that amount
Even when touring the most I would and could do is four 30min or two 1hr bookings in that time.

I get days like that. Not too bad when it's all regulars. In fact I quite enjoy it because most of them can be adjusted a few mins or half an hour either way, and I've had days when it's like that for hours. I try not to take newbies when it's busy like that. One awkward one throws you out for the rest of the day. They are like busses. It's like someone throws a switch and they all come at once!

That's when finishing skills come in very handy  ;)

Love days like that! My night's been fairly quiet but it was mostly regulars so fun easy work :)

Enjoy your holiday :D

The other 8 must have been ten mins - lol.

She must finish them quickly. Assuming they were half hours.

I'd be interested to know the answer myself - I'd need eight and a half hours to do nine half hour bookings, allowing a half hour between each to cover punter lateness, overruns and so on (which normally winds up being about twenty minutes by the time they've got showered and dressed and whatnot). I can't easily refresh the room and shower/dress myself any quicker than that and I don't wear much makeup or anything fancy. Even if I whittled it down to fifteen minutes between that's still seven hours or so?

The only ways I could manage it is by deliberately not giving punters the full time they'd paid for (and some people do operate a 'come once' rule, which makes me wonder why they bother quoting price for time) or because they couldn't wait to get away from me and whilst there's always an occasional one who leaves early, if it was happening that much I'd be starting to wonder about the state of my service.

Nameless

Me too, even doing back to back (way too stressful for me) if they were all half hours its not possible if you were giving the full time.

I'm not saying it happened in this case, but this is a really common complaint from guys I see, being rushed out the door, they hate feeling they were on a conveyor belt.

....or because they couldn't wait to get away from me and whilst there's always an occasional one who leaves early, if it was happening that much I'd be starting to wonder about the state of my service.

Me too.

I wondered this too, my minimum time between clients is 30min, plus I take an hour for lunch and 1hr 30-2hrs for dinner. I need to freshen up between clients and I need proper food. Plus as far as I'm concerned if they have paid for a set amount of time thats what they are entitled to, if they decide to leave early thats up to them but I'm not pushing them out.

Glad you are busy but I don't get that?

If only one was a quickie then I take it the others were half hours, there are 7 half hours in 3 and a half hours so that means 8 if you had a 15 minute gap cos someone left early but you are still doing back to back?

How is that possible? Confused  :o

Same here as I leave a 30 minute gap between all of mine so I can shower etc and to account for late arrivers and slow dressers/showerers. Its physically impossible to get 8 half hour bookings and one 15 minute booking into 3 and a half hours unless you are cutting them short on their time or they are choosing to leave early and you have no clean up/shower time in between?

9 appts in 3.5hrs is not possible unless MOST of them were 15min quickies.

The OP was being economical with the truth in my opinion. Don't know why.
The OP offers bareback so could have had a queue at the door but even so I doubt she was being honest here.
Again, I don't know why.

She may well be honest as some of the information* would make me think that there is no clean up time between bareback, some gents arriving and participating when the other has already got going.

I am not sure there was a point to the thread. It may serve a purpose though in making us think before snapping someones head off when they ask us if we will be showered/clean/not baby wiping/not doing back to back and in regard to safety/STD's. It may also serve another purpose as those of us local to the OP can block the gents who have left her feedback.

Sounds a bit hardcore. Have you been doing some research? lol
