Hi All,

OK, I am hoping to get our free self defense classes up and running in May. We have the option of doing a couple of evenings or a Saturday. Would would people prefer? (I know these may not be the best times so let me know if there are better ones and I will see what can be done.)
They will be here at King Street in Norwich and are completely no strings attached.

The course will run for 4 hours and will concentrate on relevant scenarios for lone working women.

Let me know what you think and I will get them sorted asap!
