Best way to freshen up after owo?
« on: 06 March 2015, 08:54:11 pm »
Hi everyone ;D, I do owo and after every booking I brush my teeth (twice)but I have now realised that it's not a good idea due to the risk of infection. Is using mouthwash/mints enough to clean the mouth? Thanking you all in advance xx

Don't use mouthwash! Using mouthwash around an hour before a booking can actually increase your risk of contracting something.. Just brush your teeth like you normally do in the morning and try not to eat anything stinky on booking days (cheese, onions, garlic, marinated meats, strong salad dressings, etc.). Rinse your mouth out with water after each client, and try to absolutely always have a breath mint in your mouth while with a client.
Consider breath mints a necessity like condoms and lubricant. If you don't want clients to see you popping breath mints just hide them in different areas of the room before they come in. Like hide a few mints in the bathroom, a few strategically placed under a pillow, near a window, etc., and whenever they're not looking, you can constantly replace your breath mint.
It'll be your trademark- your breath will always smell sweet and minty fresh.

"Using a mouthwash before or immediately after oral sex will remove the protective properties that saliva contains [that disable HIV] and so may increase the risk of transmission". Taken from the gmfa dot org website.

I used to use mints to give guys a buzz with oral, they used to love the sensation.  It worked in reverse too ;)

Moon in June, is right don't clean or use mouth wash, saliva has anti hiv properties and washing it away increases you change of getting something. If you did suck a cock that has got a STD good as late, nothing you can do. If you want to freshen up have a tic tac, also low in calories!

I use mouthwash because I want to remove the taste of semen from my mouth. Since I space my bookings, I'm sure I am fine.

If having saliva is important, then eating something (including a breath mint) after will increase saliva flow.

It's the strong mouthwashes containing alcohol that cause problems, and even then it's only with frequent use. Stick to the alcohol free ones (I think the one I have is called Dentyl, but I don't do OWO anyway) and it's no different to mints :).

Tic tacs for me lol.  Fresh mint or strawberry.  Its a habbit I picked up as I used to smoke and didn't want clients to kiss an ashtray.

I think brushing your teeth BEFORE OWO is even worse, in case of bleeding gums etc, but there'll be some risk with brushing
afterwards as well.
I use chewing-gum and (alcohol-free) mouthwash, and if I really have to brush my teeth before a booking I'll do it very gentle
so I don't risk any cuts/ bleeding gums etc..
I've heard salt water is good for anti-bacterial use, don't know if that's true??

Yes it is - I had a gum infection a few years ago after having a tooth out, the hygienist advised holding hot water with salt in my mouth twice a day until it settled down and it soon did. Cheap, but tastes completely rank :-X

gargling warm salt water also soothes a very sore throat. Tastes nasty but will completely kill the pain.
