PTMU - Pics???

So I've signed up with PTMU, and can't seem to upload any pics. I can't find an email addy to contact them, so is it my browser, do you think?

Hi, I don't find PTMU very intuitive...

You have to click on 'In use now' (Click on your user name top right and it's in red). That converts your ad into a version you can edit, and you should see a big red bar titled 'Manage Galleries'. If you click on that, you get the option to upload pics.

Im struggling to post pictures also.

I click on 'upload pics now!', select the pic, then I 'select the best portion of my photo' - click on 'save', but it doesnt save and I have no choice but to hit 'cancel'.

The same is on all browsers I have tried - first I tried in on Chrome and then Safari but it doesnt want to save. Pretty annoyed about this as Ive taken time to change some of my pics from landscape to portrait and now my ad isnt live coz I cant upload any pics!

Has anyone else has this issue? Does anyone have any advise? I cant even find anyone on the site to contact grrrr

I think the site has basically been abandoned. I emailed es@vivastreet.com with my login details and asked them to remove my profile.

Do you mean abandoned by support/customer services or you mean you arent getting any work?

I've never had any enquiries from it just stupid messages from people saying "uhhh great pics" and similar. I mean it's been abandoned by its owners, who are Vivastreet.

Maybe I will contact VS then. I have no idea why my pics wont upload!!!!

I'm going to keep my profile up while it's live - I get the odd enquiry from it. Agree it's a shame that VS don't seem to be promoting it as much/at all though.

I had maybe 5-7 bookings from there, right after I signed up. They were all lovely gents. Nothing since then.
The website is basically abandoned and yes uploading pics or even modifying profile is sometimes a nightmare. A couple of times I put an update and then like a month later I would get an email that they remove my update.
It's free so I keep it but wouldn't bother to verify or anything.

Oh wow, okay.... Thanks for the info. Ive sent them a message asking for assistance uploading my pics, but if I dont get any help I wont bother with the site

Maybe try to upload pics just one by one... I remember once it took me the entire morning to update my rates on that website. I ended doing it on my phone (same like you, it just wouldn't save) and I was updating my rates one by one and saving every time...!

Gracious that's exactly the problem I had and I tried on Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Internet Exploder and whatever the Windows 10 inbuilt browser is.

I ended up asking them to take my profile down because some of the photos I originally uploaded to PTMU are now on my profile photos on AW - and AW don't allow you to use profile photos on other sites. So I was in a bit of a panic trying to replace them. In the end it seemed an easier option to delete my profile, due to no technical support. Shame.
