posture.
Not to mention the elegance with how dancers move, as opposed to how footballers and boxers shuffle about (in dire attempt to "look manly" and "not like a poof"). And if it's one thing I find desirable in men is when they walk upright and
dare to move elegantly - with no care in the world if that somewhat is perceived as gay.
Another thing I miss is their body hair. No man's torso looks the same as another man's but by removing their chest hair, they all start to look a bit unison.
