Hi There,

I'm looking to speak to male escorts who have had previous experience of being scammed out of money escorting websites, for a short interview. The interview can of course have hidden identity at your discretion.

Its for a daytime BBC TV featuring Claire Miller who scammed thousands of male escorts over the course of years on fake sites and we would like to highlight the level of disruption and stress caused by such sites - if you or anyone you know may have have been a victim of such fraud and feels comfortable to discuss.

Please do get in contact with myself
Best Wishes

Loren, I've removed your access to the PM system because we don't want people pestering our members with unsolicited messages. If people want to contact you they will, but since the person you attempted to post a reply to earlier hasn't been on the forum since 2008 it's unlikely that they are going to either see or welcome contact from this forum now.

What would encourage people is more information about what involvement in this programme would require and which production company you work for, since only I and the mods can see this from your email. We don't encourage anybody here to make contact with random strangers who pop up asking them to and some credible information would be helpful.

Hi There,

Thank you for your comment and apologies for unknowingly causing problems. I work for a television production company called Tiger Aspect who make a broad range of award winning programming across all the major Broadcasting channels.

We are currently making a day time BBC documentary that follows the stories of criminals assets from seizure to auction and featured on the show will be Claire Miller who amassed nearly ?1.9 million from fraudulent companies such as 'Ford Escort Services' will be featured on the show.

We?re looking to interview people who have been victim of her fraudulent website for the show to be able to tell the story giving the victims of this crime a voice. If anyone does have experience of this and would be willing to speak or advise me that would be of great help.

To note - The interview could of course be anonymous.

Many of her sites haven't been running since they were shut down in 2008 and thus why I was looking back to historic accounts of these sites.

Best Wishes,
Loren

Unfortunately, this site is populated by people who are currently thriving as escorts. I'd imagine that the hopefuls who got scammed have no reason to check in here.

Well yes - the people who are scammed tend to be heterosexual men and not people who are actually sex workers, but they do find their way here so it can't hurt to be able to link them with this thread. I'm sure the OP is looking at the general sites and forums where people who have been ripped off post things too :).
