I would say it depends on the area, on the type of clients you get mostly and on the time of the year.

I only work weekends so I cant add much to this. I would say given in my 2 days (Saturday and Sunday) I am more busy on a Sunday

Wednesday's and Tuesday's are the slowest, best are: Friday, Thursday, Monday and I don't even try weekends anymore, too much hit and miss
