Fantasist, bogus bookings, sending persistent texts /phone / message pests

Persistent Text pest, made several bogus bookings in succession (which he does not plan to go through), only to change the durations, times, roleplaying, etc. Likely wanking off via messages and decided to mess around to get his rock off.   A typical fantasist.  He calls himself, Rob, then Chris, he is said to be a county council's (likely in Manchester or Preston) Solicitor.  His international flight schedule keeps changing, hence his booking time/duration etc, is also kept changing.   I spoke to this chap, he sounds perfectly normal, but one of those people whose focus is making the "fantasy" bookings, to make themselves excited and wank off (and somewhat his booking has been through in his mind).   Too many texts, fantasy messaging and quite frankly, unacceptable.   I politely asked him to go elsewhere.
