Well, there's a first in 6 years.  I've just had a chap call telling me that another girl is going around telling people that I shouldn't be trusted, as the pictures on my AW profile are fake.  I told him thanks for letting me know, but I'm not interested in getting involved. 

My blog's real enough, and the pics on there are similar to that on all my sites.

I really can't be arsed with other peoples jealousy.

Do you not think this could just be some bloke on the wind up or trying to cause bother?
Some clients get off on trying to play one escort off on another,to me they are rather sad individuals who don't have anything better to do than get involved in escorts business.I'd seriously question this blokes motives as to why he is ringing you up even if what he says is in essence true.

I'm thinking the same, had enough 'helpful' advice over the years....interesting when they get back in touch wanting a booking. I'll be already wary because it feels a bit wierd to get worried or involved, then want to see you. Surely it's better from neutral ground?

He offered the girls name, and I said I wan't interested.  He won't be getting a freebie either.

That's the first thing I thought too.  Why would he tell you?  Why is this guy trying to get in your good books?

It's probably a power game or some sort.  Especially, if someone is fairly or very well known escorting figure over the net, one of these men probably perceives her/these escorts as someone to influence over/even manipulate with.  They know her (from escorting sites) and other players e.g. escorts, in the area they may have already visited.    I would say, "indiscreet and avoid at any cost".

In my time I've met clients who tell me that they've met XYZ as if I'm going to care, I've met quite a few escorts around here - I don't socialise with any of them, I would know them to see them because I have met them but I do keep myself to myself.

There are some clients that may be innocent and believe that we all know each other, and its more a friendly 'oh I saw so and so' in the same way that you would say I saw Susan at the park, but I've also known clients who would happily get involved in this backbiting drama where they would set women off against each other. And that's not my environment. My attitude is that every single person who is in this industry is ultimately trying to keep a roof over their head and pay bills at the end of the day, just like I am, and I'm not going to get involved in any kind of nastiness. They can say what they want, but if they think I'm going to be a carrier pigeon, I sadly don't have feathers.

I just shut them down when they try to tell me gossip about somebody else or that somebody said things about me.

It's probably mostly BS anyway from clients who like drama and trying to get in with you.

Unfortunately some other forums, one in particular don't help with this perception, to me it doesn't help to keep boundaries in place and makes clients think they are in the know.
