This Timewaster rang me relentlessly at 4:30am after I told them I would call them back at noon when I was in working hours. W/e they are excited to see me so its fine. He calls me around 11:30 trying to set up we agree on my rate and they send me their address for Outcall. He keeps texting me over and over asking where I am and if I've left yet, even though we agree'd on a time to meet. Asking me where I was at and wanting specific detail.(I try not to do that on outcalls)
I'm finally on my way over and I let him know I am in route, since he requested I do that. After some 10 minutes I get a call, he tells me he wants to change to a half hour rate. Even though we already discussed my minimum for outcall is 1hour. Im already halfway there so I begrudgingly agree to switch to half hour. He says text me when i get to his block. Which when I do he tells me he's having bank problems..and he can only pull out 40? so I tell him great i'll turn around.
He apologises and ask me to come to his front door and he will give me the 40? for wasting my time. I get to his front door and knock and call him. He wont come down to let me in and buzz's me in. I enter his apartment and sit and calmly explain that I can come back a better time hen he sort out with his bank. He laughs and start stoking himself and i ask for the 40? for wasting my time. He tells me "not until i finish him" and tries to get me to remove my clothes. Seeing this situation really start to escalate and now understanding exactly what's going on I take my chance and bolt for the door rush down the steps and get out.
