Don't give any money upfront to any 'agency' again.
If you want to escort women, give up now.
If you insist on trying, there are genuinely free places to advertise, but there is more competition than you can imagine.

Whilst I understand and appreciate that these people are scam artists, I won't have their home address plastered on this website. You're not aware of their home situation, whether they have kids living with them or not. Their address may be publically acessible elsewhere, but not from here I'm afraid.
It is quite likely that they don't exist. Certainly if I were an evil scammer, I wouldn't have real directors or real company addresses. The alternative is that they do exist but know nothing about this. At least one of the addresses of the companies used by the Spain-based lot behind Escortopia looks to have been plucked out at random.

It's still something I'd rather not risk with this site. It was a UK-based address in Bucks and it looked legit enough to me.

It was given as another reason to delete it! (Thanks.)

From an escort's point of view, the posting of any kind of what is, or what is perceived as real personal details on a public forum is a big no no for me. No matter the reasoning behind it.

Beautiful Adults I believe are part of the same group and operate in exactly the same way. I was asked to part with 300 odd pounds ,plus more money for photo's. The woman at the call centre said she had work lined up that night!!
Luckily I knew th score, thanks to SW5 !!!( Thanks guys) but she kept peppering me with calls until i sent an email outlining how i knew this mode of operation was illegal!! They all stopped after that

I think I just got conned by this company. I paid my £319 into the bank account they asked me to pay it into. A Royal Bank of Scotland account. My date is suppose to be tomorrow night but I am giving up hope of that ever happening having read your notes on here. I have phoned the police now with the number given by someone on here and they have taken down all the details. They have asked me to wait until tomorrow to see if my date appears/contacts me and if he does then great. woo hoo. If not then I have to ask Escortopia for my money back and only if they fail to do that will the police do anything about it. I am also going to go to the Royal Bank of Scotland with this as did somebody else on this site and see if there is anything they can do as I am a customer of theirs and I am sure they do not want fraudulent activity linked to their bank.
I just did not even think about it being a scam at all. I just thought it was genuine because I am a very trustworthy person who was looking to fund her university course. I cannot believe this might have happened to me. I am devastated. If this does indeed turn out to be a scam I will do everything in my power to get my money back and other peoples too. I wish I had of seen your site earlier.
Thanks

Unfortunately this type of business always seems to attract bad press due to the nature of the service offered. It is such a shame when people loose their money through these types of circumstance I hope now that these people will have a change of mind about the direction of their career choices.
In many cases money is not refunded and the escorts themselves find that they too become the attention of the law, I have followed many scenarios like this as I once was the victim of a similar case, it actually made me look at myself and question my part in the services being offered.
I actually searched the company mentioned on companies house and found a different address and name to those mentioned mostly the people involved have been scammed or are victims of fraud, it always seems to be more complicated than first imagined, this company is not the first and not the last, it is up to us too stop feeding the industry by looking at other ways to make money!!!

Hi there.
Yes, ESCORTOPIA are a con. Escortopia are owned by a company called DIRECT MEDIA Ltd - which is owned by a Turkish Guy called MEHEMT IZGOL (DOB 27 May 1948) and Mrs ANNE EVELINE IZGOL (DOB 22 November 1948).[/b] I intend to draw attention to them by persuing a claim in the county court - hopefully this will also be picked up by their local newspaper as they are conning people.
So, now their address is public, available via companies house as they are a Ltd company, they may receive a few more county court claims - lets put them out of business eh !!!!
SPREAD THE WORD
Well, I've just had a complaint, about this post in particular, by a member on here called "nic123", asking me in the not so nicest possible way to "remove immediately". Until I know exactly what the problem is, or at the very least, until you can ask me in a more polite manner, the answer is no. I went over the post and edited it myself as the poster put was to be perceived as a home address on it, which is against board rules. All other information left up can be found easily via a whois search, therefore information that can be left up here. Escortopia is a scam, a putrid scam of the highest order, simply because they prey on the naivete of newbies who don't know any better. And if these are the people behind Escortopia, it's better that those who wish to pursue any legal action know who you are. As you can see, it wasn't that difficult to find said details in the first place.

I'm afraid I don't understand the point you are trying to make; Escortopia is a scam and has little if nothing to do with anyone who is working legitimately in the sex industry. Why, incidentally would escorts 'become the attention of the law?'. Are you suggesting that I should no longer work legally and responsibly as a prostitute earning a good living because some people have been ripped off? If you can think of any other ways to make this sort of money working the same hours and doing an enjoyable job, I would love to hear them, and I daresay I'm not on my own!

I'm also a little confused as you mean Harry, regarding the law, prostitution is legal. Also, do you mean people who have been scammed should change their mind about escorting altogether? That seems to be what you're implying, please correct me if I'm wrong.

I contacted them a few days ago the girl I spoke to Amy sounded very professional and helpful. I paid £319 into their account and was told that was they had received the payment I would be given a Login No and Password. I was given this but it was unrecognisable. I contacted them again and they assured me it should work and that night I had a date and should wait for the client to ring me. The client did not ring and the agency did not contact me again. I have been scammed.
