I can relate to this.  If I eat hot food less than an hour before a meet I fart like a trooper very loudly and very smelly.

So I only eat cold food, cold roast chicken mix with green salad.  Berries and other fruits.  Crackers and cheese, cold boiled eggs with salad.  I tend to stay away from nuts as they seem to bring on cold sores for me (weird).

I have to eat between clients, otherwise I feel dizzy and have no energy - like others have said

I eat cereal with milk, sandwiches and fruit, as these are quick meals, reasonably healthy and I can digest them easily. I stick to tea, coffee, water and juice when I'm working - no alcohol. On my days off I eat proper substantial meals, and have 1 or 2 alcoholic bevvies :)

I forget to eat sometimes and then just stuff my face. The end result is never pretty.

+1 haha!

I rent an appt where I do incalls miles from my home so I only have drinks in the fridge. Sometimes I will order take away at a specific time but its really tricky coz all of my bookings are same day/last min bookings so more often then not I survive of fizzy drinks to keep my energy levels up then scoff my face when I get back home LOL

I like to have a treat meal after my bookings are over for the night....something delicious and filling that I've fancied all day!! (often fast food).

But until that point in the day I treat food as fuel.... I have bananas, nuts, dairylea triangles or turkey slices all day long between bookings. This sort of food keeps my energy up but doesn't give me a heavy feeling tummy. However, once I've met my target then it's off for a big fat dinner I go as a reward  ;D  ;D x

I have a slice of soreen fruit loaf as a quick snack. I find it really boosts my sugar levels and keeps me going in between clients

I am a fan of this too but it is a marmite type of snack, some people hate it.  I like it without butter too just by itself. This and a low fat yoghurt between bookings or before one if I am hungry. Sometimes a very tiny bowl of porridge done in the microwave oven. A mug of tea with a plain biccy can do the trick too and stop hunger pangs.

Of course it is vile if you hate them. I find lots of things vile but others love them.  I love Soreen little snack size loaves so much I never run out of them and keep a good stock of them.  They do stick in between the teeth though and the brown look is not good so a good mouthwash and interdental brushing if a client is due :)

Soreen is the dog's!

If the dog even looked at my Soreen, the dreaded rolled up newspaper would be putting in an appearance ;D.

It really ought to be spread with margarine for full nostalgic effect but I only buy Lurpak. I can't eat it much because it makes my blood sugar go mental, but it's definitely a worthy addition to the list.

I also find that eating hot food between bookings can make my stomach churn and makes me tired too, but I have no idea why. Porridge doesn't, but that's about it.

Ah, a lady of taste... My Soreen has a light spreading of Lurpak or President butter. This winter they did a limited edition one, which was lightly spiced.

Nuts are another great snack, likewise a slice of toast with peanut butter will fill you up for a lot longer than a plain slice. A small cup of soup is a good option, too.

Eating things high in protein will keep your blood sugar stable. One of those protein shakes you can buy at the grocery store, perhaps with a piece of fruit will give you a small sugar boost, with fibre and protein to keep it from crashing.

I would only eat something small like fruit or a piece of toast unless I had hours of free time as otherwise I just can't do sex. So definitely not dinner before any booking. Plus I get tons of issues with my tummy n I can't risk it. Food after sex though is preferable.

That's weird. Hot food makes me tired too. If I have a cooked breakfast even a small portion mainly grilled meat/ poached eggs I want to go back to bed.
For me slices of lean cooked meat rolled up with a small amount of coleslaw inside keeps me going without bagging me up and giving me that

I had a guy huffing & puffing at me last night on the phone when I said I was just going on my tea break, Impatient Available now type. I should have said even a machine needs refuelling.  ::)

The key is to set yourself time aside for eating & not even look at the phone. I've seen so many escorts jump as soon as the phone rings with a mouthful of food, trying to get more bookings in saying "yes I can see you in 10 minutes". Then they wonder why they get burnt out quickly & don't even realise they are working a 60 hour week & their adrenals are suffering.
