I tend to stay away from nuts as they seem to bring on cold sores for me (weird).

You aren't the only person.  Nuts contain an amino acid called arginine which can cause outbreaks. Lysine is another amino acid that cancels the effects of arginine and you can buy supplements of it :)

This thread has really helped me to think about my eating habits more. Thanks! Im not a natural snacker to be fair. I either eat a full meal or not at all but in this industry its beneficial to snack. Ive been making myself bagels and thinking of other small things that I can snack on. Never heard of Soreel!

Graze boxes are an absolute God send for energy boosting snacks

Alternatively I get a 2 for 1 pizza special and have a slice of the leftovers between bookings lol

I started doing incalls only recently. I have some food allergies, so I cannot just go to shop and grab first thing that I would like to eat.

That's why I usually took some food with me, packed lunch. Recently I only take some snacks and then go to eat whenever I can (I google places nearby that would be good for me and then I go there, that's how I saw some time not to wandering around, looking where to eat)

So for packed lunch I usually make some kind of pancakes or waffles, they are easy for me to eat even cold. I also sometimes boil some eggs and take some cherry tomatoes, snpinach, etc.
If I do not have time to make something, I buy fallafels, homous, I buy cherry tomatoes and sometimes cut some carrot sticks to eat with it.

For snacks I always have some energy bars for a quick snack, I have some fruits, sometimes nuts or yoghurt, etc.

Recently I found out how to make wonderfull breakfast. I put oats in a plastic box, then put some add-ons: raisins, chia seeds, cinammon, goji berries, etc. and then I store it in that box. In the morning I only need to fill it with hot water, wait 5-10mins and then I can eat it! If I have berries or nuts, I put them in that oatmeal too
