About refunding. A regular of mine was 45 minutes late today in a 2 hour appointment. I told him that we couldn't play that long because of another appointment but I let him pay the full amount because I had arranged another Mistress to participate as well. Felt a bit bad but 45 minutes late..

I think more about my security that money, although I wouldn't like to be in a position where the client ask his money back, after being far in term of intimacy.

If the client wants absolutely a total refund with agressivity and threat, I would try to calm the situation down and negociate... maybe the half.

Yesterday was the first time that I've ever had a client do this and thought it was bloody cheeky of him.

He made a one hour booking and was finished by half - he got up and asked for half his money back as he was only half an hour. I've never had someone do this before, so I lied and said that as he'd booked and hour I had already turned down bookings to slip him in my schedule and giving him half his money back would mean I've lost money as a result. He kept on insisting that I'd "make an exception this time" with a stern look on his face, to which I repeated my response - I wasn't going to lose money just because he had cum sooner than he'd like.

Was a little weird as he chose to stay after and asked for a massage which I gave him.

Have any of you girls had this experience? What has been your response?

Refund isn?t something I do and it?s not mentioned as an option. According to my recollection it has happened to me twice that I was asked....

First time ( many many years ago),  I lied and said that the money had already left the building so not possible.....

Second time, was a few months again where the guy booked for 2hours but only stayed 1H so I gave him som change back.

I have worked since 2009 so among the thousands I have seen only these can I vaguely remember.

You did right and I would have done the same thing but try different tactics to avoid the situation (conversation, a drink of water, long bj, long hand job, longer foreplay, massage)

Nope you were absolutely right. No refund should be given in that situation. Even if you were lying about turning down other bookings that may have actually been the case, and it usually is. It'd be the same if say, you booked a massage for an hour and then jumped up halfway through to say 'I'm leaving I want the rest of my money back'. He booked your time, he's paying for it.

If they are not total buttheads about it I am happy to refund (certainly not if demanded outright!) if they have not used the full time within reason but I am in control of this. A guy who wanted to extended a half hour booking to an hour booking only stayed for an extra 10 mins so I just halved how much it would have been added on for the hour so I was still in pocket as I don't offer 45min bookings as a rule.

Most of the nicer chaps are just happy you have recognised that they have not used all the time and will still book you again (IME) and won't take the piss if it has been you to offer money back but really it should always be entirely at your own discretion.

IMO If it feels demanded and you feel it's unjustified to give a refund, unless you feel in danger or threatened don't give in.

I have refunded once when the guy booked an hour, came in 5 mins and couldn't get hard again. He'd already told me was a drug dealer so I was apprehensive anyway. He didn't ask but the atmosphere felt like it could turn so I said "You're obviously really tired, shall we call it half an hour and I'll give you back the rest of the fee?" He left without problems and that was more important to me than the extra 50 quid.

However I have had guys ask before and I've gone no love, that's not how this works.

What is it that you advertise ? Did he think you were going to use the oil with the condoms ? If so it may have freaked him out as its known that oil damages/perforates condoms. Or maybe he thought he was coming for a massage and he freaked out at the condoms. Are you sure its not this combination that freaked him out ?
