Men and loose condoms

Girls, have any of you had the following issues? Looked over the forum and can't find much....

- Tiny penis, apply comdom, is loose, he has pre come and during intercourse your concerned that it's running down and out of the condom into you?

- Penis not fully erect during intercourse (due to nerves or age I'm assuming?) and they want to keep going, but the condom is loose, this isn't safe...?

- They ejaculate whilst still inside you and keep thrusting (I'm normally okay at knowing when they have finished, occasionally though I can't tell) then the same problem, loose condom, they pull out then you realised what has happened?

This all drives me mad, this is crazily unsafe! For the man probably not so bad, as harder for female fluids to get up his penis and in him but for females yes unsafe, what do you think?

If a trim size condom doesn't fit them properly I wouldn't have sex with them, same with half soft ones. I'd rather tell them and risk it being awkward than having their Cum anywhere near my money maker.

I've had the issue of them being soft and I don't have sex with them. One client didn't have sex with me at all because of this but better that than risking my safety.

As for small cocks, have you tried buying a smaller size condom?

Micropenis is a medical condition.  There are no condoms which effectively cover it, unsurprisingly.  If you run a search, you get loads of hits.

As for men who carry on after they've cum, I would just try to be more cautious about checking. I believe there was another thread on here about the same issue and about asking men if they've cum or not.

I've only had two micro penises and they just wanted hand relief, i wouldn't ever give a refund because someone is too small or soft to have sex with safely same as the ones who turn with a babies arm in their pants I offer an alternative service to penetrive sex. It's not down to laziness but safety and you should never feel guilty about that.

Pasante trim are good and you can buy them in bulk off the freedoms site it's always good to have various sizes at hand I remember when I first started I went to an Outcall with just one size which was too tight for him felt awful it didn't even occur to me you could buy different sizes!

It's up to us to have different sizes of condom to hand. If a trim one is still too big, I wouldn't have intercourse.
Likewise if they go soft I'd stop, have a break, probably change the condom and start again when they're fully hard.
If it's obvious they've come, I'd be the one to disengage; if it's not then it should still be OK so long as they withdraw carefully, perhaps holding the base of the condom if need be.

If they have such a small cock that a Pasante Trim is even too big (which is the case for micropenis) you could try using a female condom. They are available on the Freedoms website, Amazon etc. I think some high street chemists also stock them. They take a bit of practise but if you've ever used a diaphragm ("the cap") or a mooncup you'll get the knack of it quickly. They are expensive compared to regular condoms but I like to keep a few on hand. They're also useful for clients who go soft when the condom goes on - you can put the femidom in and then suck them hard and guide them in.

I find it quite often they go soft. If they do I stop sex and either give them a bj or hj which seems to work.
