What happened here?
« on: 25 April 2017, 06:52:35 pm »
I was due to meet someone at 5:30 and he kept calling, but it stopped ringing the second I tried to answer it. When I tried to call, it went straight to voicemail. I didn't get any texts until I deleted the others, due to the sheer number of them and the fact I've got a crap work phone with no memory.

So anyway, half an hour ago, he keeps asking me why. But I'm guessing he blocked me??? I don't know what I was meant to do!

Nope, but I'm a bit of a Victor Meldrew, so everything tends to go wrong.

It could have been that his phone went out of reception briefly and that's why it went straight to voicemal my mums does that quite a bit or that he had diverted all calls to voicemail so you cannt call but he can receive txts seen as he was calling you I'm guessing that these options are more likely than him blocking you x

I apologised in case I did something wrong. He actually screamed time waster to me, but it's been very quiet, apart from TWs recently. But I've never had that issue before, so I guessed he blocked me. Maybe he did divert me to vm. He actually sent me more than 1 voicemail, but I can't open them so it's pointless.

Some times if I phone them once here it goes through to voice mail usually they get back to me. He might have thought you was ignoring him but your inbox was full try explaining to him.

Yeah, I did apologise to him and I think my phone is a bit dodgy as I've tried ringing my normal number and it's just not ringing. ???

If your phone has a bad memory then you need to keep on top of deleting texts etc. It is not the clients fault if our inbox is full or we can't access voicemail.

Yeah, I'm only receiving texts two hours later. What a pain. It doesn't help when clients call you and then mumble ( not the same one) and when you ask them to repeat what they said, they just tell you that they've changed their mind. I have hearing problems, so if someone mumbles, I can't understand them.

I'll just put it down to a bad day and have a few off, as my depression is kicking in and I think I'm going to be losing clients if I stay in this state of mind.

Have you maybe thought about talking with your network provider or buy a new phone?'

I already got a new phone a new phone and network. I have hearing issues, so if one mumbles, I cannot understand them. It's just a crappy phone with no memory though, it seems to worse when people send me voicemails!
