Cracker bot accepting cards

I always pay for my cracker add by card but now it's asking for bitcoins. Does anyone know why? Just can't and don't want to use bit coins

Try using a different brower or clear cookies etc might help. After reading this I pannicked as was due to top up ready for tomorrow.

I just renewd my ad with cracker. I had the option to pay with debit, credit card, bitcoin or neosurf. Looks like something wrong with your browser.

I was emailing with the guy from Cracker a couple of days ago, his name is Vasileios. If you want an advert on Backpage you need to use bitcoins but if you put it on Cracker you can pay by card. And your Cracker ad will show on Backpage (mine does). Both websites are associated, it's the payment method that's different.

I used it last year.
Download an application, a wallet.
Then I was going to a Bitcoin ATM where I could just buy bitcoins using that application and paying cash (so I never used my card).

Google "Bitcoin ATM" in your area, all big citiies have a few bitcoin atms, I'm not sure about small towns, a lot of them don't have. Giving your debit card number to some Bulgarian hacker miner and buying bitcoin from him is not a good idea IMO, but each to their own.

The problem with Bitcoin is that it's  a very fluctuating coin and it's very very high at the moment, that  added to the fact that backpage charges in US dollars and the pound has drop a lot since brexit, paying for backpage ads in Bitcoin makes the ad ridiculously expensive. It's much cheaper paying through cracker with your debit card. Hopefully the pound won't drop anymore (crosses fingers).

I've been using cracker/backpage for years as I find it has great world wide coverage and perfect for most countries. I've noticed 2 things about either sites payment system;

1. Every so often it does not want to take card payment but the option usually comes back within a day or too.

2. Despite topping up in the same country, I am yet to find that I have been billed by the same company on at least 2 of the transactions. They seem to have multiple company's from all around the world taking the payments. I think this is the reason that we encounter various problems with the payment system. It obviously depends on which company is billing us at that particular time.

My advice is, wait a few hours or at the worst a few days but keep trying.
