We are a new agency, with a philosophy that reflects the values of the girl who founded it.

During your time working for us you will always be treated with the utmost respect by us and we will always make sure you are working in a clean safe and comfortable environment, we expect you to treat us in the same way.

We pride ourselves in our duty of care as we aim to provide it better than any other agency, we think of ourselves as a family and as you work with us you will see the roles the various members of the family play.

We will have a photoshoot which we will pay for, no daft rip of photographers with the agency taking a cut here.

We will promote you through the website and various other marketing routes, and will hold a series of special events to boost your opportunities to earn.

We will not force you to take an excessive number of bookings, you will work the amount of time you are comfortable with in order to earn the money you want.

We will keep the financial side of the business simple

Our methodology is one of mutual respect and in the same way that we expect all of our girls to treat our clients correctly, we also expect clients to treat them with the utmost respect and care.

As part of this policy, the girls are entitled to say no should they be uncomfortable with anything being asked of them.
Should any clients be found to be drunk or under the influence of drugs it is at the girls? discretion if they choose to proceed with the booking.
If any of our girls are found to be intoxicated they will be dealt with by the agency or lose their job.
Anything that is brought to our attention by any of our clients, girls or staff will be dealt with accordingly and in an expeditious manner.
We demand our girls to act with extreme discretion in all aspects of their work with us and expect our clients to act in the same way.

During your time working for us

If you are actually going to employ these women (and I sincerely hope you do mean women, not 'girls') could you please run us through your terms? Obviously you'll be dealing with PAYE and National Insurance as an employer plus you'll be providing paid holiday, maternity leave, sick leave and so on - all other agencies are employed by the prostitutes who remain self employed, so this is something of a new one on us? And either way, why does it matter to you if somebody has a day job?

As part of this policy, the girls are entitled to say no should they be uncomfortable with anything being asked of them.

Anybody can refuse to provide a service for any reason they see fit regardless of your 'policy', unless you're condoning sexual assault. Your website, however, contains - amongst some truly shocking grammar and a lot of unfinished pages - the legend:

Quote
We Promise:
You will see the girl in the photos
She will deliver the services on her profile

So, which is it?

I just love the term, no working for third parties.

So that particular statement in the eyes of the taxman will make you an employer and you will be paying paye.  And no doubt when the POCA order arrives, you will regret being a pimp.

Would you like to quote the specific text where anybody appears 'bitter'? Of course we'd rather you addressed the questions you've been asked, but by all means deflect away.

We are acting as an introduction agency, giving the girls opportunities to meet clients, we are not employing anyone.

The website is a work in progress, it was not linked in the original post. We will support anyone working with us. No idea what :The legend:" is that you refer to.

So, which is it?

Question makes no sense - client will meet girl in the photos and she will provide services as shown.

Hopefully your questions are answered, it takes a long time to respond because all our posts are moderated before going live, apologies.

Some of the responses seemed bitter and strong, we are offering women the opportunity to be introduced to clients, that's it.

All questions answered, hope they satisfy, if not pleases any others you wish, there was no attempt at deflection, moderation is taking a great deal of time so this conversation is cumbersome.

The moderators are not online all the time, and nor am I. Some of us have punters to shag.

Since you didn't understand my question I'll rephrase it. You have said that it's your policy that the women employing you may refuse to provide any service, which we all knew already. Your website however promises punters that if a service is on someone's profile, it will be offered. As both of these cannot be true, I asked which one was.

I'd also point out that if you're trying to circumnavigate the law by claiming you're just setting up meetings between prostitutes and punters and that you wouldn't know anything about any sex that went on afterwards, that promise (or 'legend', which is a colloquialism for a broad, catch-all term that doesn't make a lot of sense or hasn't had much thought put into it) is going to send you hurtling up shit creek even if the authorities were stupid enough to believe the guff about 'introductions'. They're not.

Presumably yo don't want to join the agency?

Actually no, I didn't miss anything; I explained what I meant by 'legend' and the earlier post quotes the very text I was referring to. Do try to keep up, I have better things to do than repeat myself.

As for the refusing services, that's easy for you to say when you're not going to be the one in the room when Sweaty McCheesecock decides to kick off because Prossie A won't do OWO and your website has 'promised' she will. Plus the same 'promise' is the thing which puts the kibosh on your we're-not-pimps-honest claim since you've already said that you'll be advertising services, so it's not just the women who will be paying you it can harm.

I've managed fine without having to pay anybody to decide who I fuck for fifteen years, so I reckon I can struggle on a little longer and  I don't meet your conditions anyway. Any update on why the people employing you aren't allowed a day job? Or even better, why you think you have any right to even ask them about it, since what they do with their free time is none of your business?

Thanks for the guidance and your comments. As far as people having a day job, or night job for that matter, that is absolutely up to them.

So the

I suspect they mean another agency or pimp, however I understand your point which is very valid.

Yes, I daresay that's what it means but that isn't what it says.

I need punters to engage my services in order to pay my bills, and I know that misleading, woolly wording isn't going to help with that but it would be my own fault if I used it and at worst it would likely cause a bit of annoyance. If I was both breaking the law and assuming responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of vulnerable people, I'd be a hell of a lot more careful.

To The Secret Agency:

I do not want to sound too pessimistic or too negative. But I have the impression that you have not the slightest idea of the adventure in which you want to embark.

You seem to be full of good intentions but you have no idea of the realities of the market.

1) You will break the law.

2) You are going to have to make a website that will appear in the first two pages of Google for popular keywords among punters: "London escort", for example. You will discover that this is very difficult to get.

On the other hand, it should be fairly easy to rank for "Essex escort" since there are only 4 adult websites that appear when I type these words into Google. But since there are also only 1,600 searches per month for these keywords (according to KW Finder), you will not have hundreds of customers per month in Essex...

3) Girls who eventually will trust you to find them clients will want results. Not just good intentions. Since you have no clients now and probably very little at first, you will find it hard to find girls.
