Gorgeous Weather No Clients Today.

I don't know about others but this hot weather doesn't get me in the mood to work much. I'm  letting my phone ring instead of being earn orientated.

I've been going out enjoying not bothering but know soon I will need to motivate myself. The only way I find is just to do it without thinking, then after a few bookings am back in to the swing of it.  Doubt for the rest of the day.

Do some others feel less motivated in the warm weather?. How do you get in the frame of mind again to see clients?.

I think it is not possible to be motivated all times...

Good weather, so go out, take a walk, grab something nice to eat, give yourself holiday, cause, why not?

In Belfast NI it is bright and warm again today it makes a difference compared to rain lol.

I suppose guilt sets in some times for me but need to remind myself to relax more. Xx.

I think it's only too normal to worry.  Your body had to cope with long winter months. It's just a normal "recovery" process back to life.   Go easy on yourself.

Winter months? We have central heating, plenty of food and adequate clothing.

The site shine cheers me up it lowered the risk of muddy shoes and floods or snow messing up plans. I hate the cold and I love working when the weather is like this. I guess I'm strange!

I am fine if I have a booking but find it hard when I am sun bathing, playing tennis or out generally and the phone goes and the guy wants to book me in an hour, I am like can you not make it later:)

Nope, I also prefer summer work-wise. Might be outcall people thing . I get pretty bad SAD in the winter (go figure that I'd move to a northern country, ugh), and that absolutely kills my motivation.

I live in the midlands and today is a rare afternoon I could actually sit out for half an hour and properly relax.

Don't think I have done that for a year!

We did have some nice weather one month this year I just can't remember when lol.  It is so rare!

It has been mostly winter months so far this year, there was some nice weather around towards the end of March when the temperature got up to low 20s for the south, and mid to high teens in the north. It was the warmest day in March for 5 years.
