Who would wish to return to a civvie job not me for sure!  Much prefer my freedom and not having a boss or team of colleagues to cope with, restrictions on hours etc.  No way.

Same for me. I fully agree with you.

But many women may want to stop at some point in their lives. For example:

 a) a woman living in the USA who has been arrested for prostitution and who knows she will be imprisoned if she is arrested again,

b) a woman who has genital health problems,

c) a woman who is deeply disgusted by sex work after several years,

d) a woman who wants to stop because her new spouse does not accept her job,

e) a woman over 50 who thinks she is too old to continue but too young to retire,

f) etc.

All these women can realize that stopping and finding an ordinary job is very difficult.

On the one hand, there is something addictive in this work. Then, as you say, it's hard to accept a low salary, a boss, fixed schedules and tiresome colleagues when we experienced freedom for several years.

And on the other hand, even if we are ready to accept all these constraints, it is possible that our past as a prostitute sticks to our skin and prevents us from finding a job. Or prevents us from keeping it if we found one.

Also its not alwas you it can affect family if you have children they will grow up and who knows what they'll do .

Yes very true.

________

I am not saying that we should not do this work. I am simply saying that we should not take the decision lightly (as many young women do). It is a decision with far-reaching consequences.

And that's something I was not fully aware of when I started at the age of 18. :)

yep I'm the above and often think about my age but it does appear my niche market with the young , same age and older, but I do doubt myself too.

Its like people who plaster their children all over fb with ought any comprehension those pics will be there forever and the internet is becoming more and more accessible.

And the teenagers , first thing bosses are doing is checking facebook, to get an idea of personality , language use and opinions on race etc !

I think all of of the above is well worth considering before going into this because these are the things I truly didn't have aclue about.

ive learnt as I go/went along and its been a bit hairy at times.

Another one is robbing , nobody wants a flat screen anymore (there so cheap second had ) but they know we have cash , so I'm v wary of someone who calls all nice especially on the rare occasion I work Sunday pm .

with , all nice  "hello there, had a busy day"

translates to have you lots of cash to me ??

Also the fact there may be one person at the door and two standing to the side !!

sounds scarey for a newbie but its like learning to drive, everyone will tell you watch out for this that !!!

I totally love my job though xxx

I used to believe every single client that told me that they'd definitely book me again and I'd think to myself 'god I'm gonna have so many regulars and I'm going to have money coming out my ears'!! Lol

Never bank on getting that money and keeping it fully until the booking is over & he's gone!

Yes that's occurred to me before - I'm glad that I started sex work in my 40s, when I have a good solid job history behind me and if things don't work out or I have to leave the industry due to health etc, I can return fairly easily to my previous industry.

So some advice for women joining the industry at a young age: try to create some sort of civvy work history; just picking up a couple of shifts in a bar per week will help. Volunteering would also help as it looks great to employers and most volunteer organisations give great references.
And me, I am not a mess, I am a wilderness, yes

Mind you I have 'rules ' that mean it's v different to my normal life , I like take control , seduce go on top etc , always for the whole time if I can ,,that way in my midgy brain it makes a distinction between work and play .

I don't tend to feel 'used' because it's my work style ! Intimacy is v different , my GFE is convincing but for me it's doesn't feel it at all ?

I don't feel used.  I also don't associate sex with the devil as that would be the impact of Christianity in our culture which I try to disregard quite frankly.  It is only what we have been fed when we grew up etc.  All to do with Adam and Eve isn't it and that sex is from the devil.  Rubbish in my view!!

another one useful for newbies, its happened to me a few times..
I always ask v fast in response to" Hi are you available "
" might be where are you driving ?coming from "
I've stayed in a few hotels full of contract workers or whole companies using conference facilities.
I stay in a suite regularly and every time I've had a call from someone staying in hotel with a load of guys??
so I always say , where are you initially then , I'm sorry , I don't do outcalls if they say so and so .
Plus I always have my hair up for work and down anywhere else things I hadn't thought of...
there's so many..
I have done it once but had a chat older guy, on business but I went to his room and didn't let on where I was staying !
