The OP is asking if people are interested in doing some sex party work, and it's perfectly usual for anybody involved to be paid a pre-agreed amount based usually on how long the party is and how many punters are expected to attend. Provision of food, drinks and security is also usual and has to be paid for - provision of somewhere to stay afterwards is not and assuming the OP is genuine would likely be of interest to people who enjoy working in this type of setting. It's both pimping and brothelkeeping, which I daresay is why the organisers tend to be cagey about details.

People who aren't interested are never likely to be, but comparing apples and oranges isn't the way to say so.
