You can leave your socks on
« on: 09 July 2017, 08:27:29 pm »
I have loads of clients who leave their socks on when they strip. It is something of a trend  :D Anyone else have this?

I feel sure that on this occasion I can speak for most others and say yes we all get them.  Dark bobbly socks superglued to feet are a common sight. At least with these we are not subjected to seeing fifty shades of yellow toenails.   :o

I had a guy last week who had a shower beforehand and the shower floor was completely, and I mean completely, covered in sock fluff!

Some do, some don't. Post-Christmas can be a time of new sock fluff on carpets.

I request all my clients to shower so my sock problem is solved.
If, occasionally, the guy arrives freshly showered (and by this I mean I can still feel his skin smelling of shower gel and that fresh post-shower aspect) and plans on getting into the bed with his socks on... he gets asked to take them off.
I sweetly tell them that socks on kill the mood. It looks just ridiculous.

I never notice socks but I always wonder why they take their watches off

This plus it's just a habit men have I think. They take the watch off before going to bed.
Btw have you ever noticed how some guys will take their watch/car keys/whatever and put it into their shoe????? LOL
A few told me it's not to lose stuff.

One silly man had his debit card loose in his jeans pocket. When he stripped it fell out and went under the bed. Neither of us noticed, so when he left he went to a chinese and then he realised. Good job I hadn't gone out when he came back for it. Guy turned out to be a no show next time he booked, so I should have gone shopping on it  ;D

Hence me acting motherly before they walk out: "have you got your watch, your phone, your keys?"
I had a couple of guys forget their...glasses. One guy forget his tie. One guy "forgot" his watch but he did it on purpose. So now they have a special spot to put their things and, before they leave, they get checked:)

Recently a guy was getting dressed in hurry as his office rang. Poor thing tried to put my knickers on before realising his mistake:) That was cute.

Putting their watch/keys etc in their shoe is quite sensible and I am with others in that I always always always ask if they have everything before they leave. Yes they tell me, yet I have had calls frantically asking have I found their watch/specs etc and if I find them after they slid under the bed or dropped somewhere then I say yes and they return asap to get them, but one or two ask me and I honestly have not got them. I think they think I am a tea leaf. I have yet to receive a sorry text saying they found them in their pockets after all.

One man left a very expensive watch and had to drive back the following day to collect it. I could tell he was not very pleased but hey is that my fault?

I still have a grotty old tie and an even grottier old scarf stuffed somewhere but after more than 2 years if they haven't re-booked me it will be time to bin them.

I get loads leaving their socks on. I don't think they like their feet or it's just laziness.

I do this a lot - "Have you got all your bits and bobs?" and then cringe at how mum I'm being.

Same.  Every time.  "Phone? Keys? Wallet? Bag?"
