Not really sure how this works, but my flat is going to be available in a week or so, until the end of September 2017. It's situated in central Southsea (near Albert Road), and is furnished beautifully. I'd be happy to send photos of the flat to any interested ladies.

I'm moving in with my Son, and I just thought it's such a waste being empty for the remainder of the tenancy. I have a couple of friends who are verified and work on AW, so if you'd prefer to deal with them that's fine with me. I'll give any interested parties the full details on request.

Hi lee how are you, im going to london for the first time on the 28th, an im looking for a place to rent, without luck so far. I know this may be a weird question but, do you have any clue on how much work can get on the zone where your flat is located? because its far from london right? i would like to rent kinda long term, but im not sure if i can get good work there.

Could you send me the prices for weekly rent? and is the flat shared?

Jime, you know that Portsmouth is a good 60 miles from London, right? Either way if you want to know what business is like somewhere, asking some random punter who isn't a sex worker isn't the way to find out.

I'd also rethink whether you want your email address on the public board? I know it's irritating when advertisers don't post contact details but if they can't be bothered to read the rules then it's really their loss .

I confess to not reading the rules properly, and will do immediately. I wont reply to Jime as I don't think the flat is right for him. I just wanted to see if a local worker would find it useful until the tenancy runs out.

Anyway, thank you for the heads-up on the rules, and I'll address your comments right now.

The flat in Southsea will be available in 2 weeks, and will remain available until the end of September.

It's fully furnished and has WIFI and a lovely walk-in shower. I would be happy to discuss photos of the rooms etc following any serious enquiry.
