Starting back

Hi girls

I've had  hiatus for almost 3 years due to ill health/relationships etc and would like to gradually get back into the business but don't want to risk hiring an incall place yet incase I'm quiet and don't break even at first which will not be a good start so I'm wondering whether to sneak a few clients in my flat however I have a few neighbour's that are about in the day and an onsite housing officer who often stands outside the office as it's housing association and he can see who is coming up and down the stairs and is not stupid.  I thought of buying a physio therapists outfit as a cover so people think I'm doing sports massage and walk down the stairs so he can see me in it incase he wonders why men are coming and going and aren't the same people ie: friends/family but happy to see 2 clients a day 4 times a week and of course when he has gone but he doesn't go till about 7pm some days and I never know when he is going to be there unless I see his car and he is an awful man who is hated by people living on my close. I cant afford to move at present and am struggling to get a guarantor as only working part-time this extra money will help to give a private landlord a hefty deposit plus the money I have saved already if they will accept that instead of a guarantor.  I really don't like where I live and have an awful neighbour below and it's seriously affecting my mental health and nothings being done about her.

I don't think you are allowed to run a business from home when you live in housing association premises without their say so first maybe its best to check your lease.

Are you working at all at the moment? Can you start with outcalls and then look at hiring a cheap room for incalls on a day rate?

It sounds like the HA in your place are busybodies so I honestly wouldn't risk it unless you have a safety net in case of losing your tenancy.

I think I already knew the answer VC...thanks hun.  It will be massage so its hogging the couch around. You gave me such good advice before, maybe do a bit of of escorting too but not sure whether to get back into it as didnt like it when I had a test run in Jan

It seems a bit too risky for me re. your situation to try and take in-calls at an HA place. How about doing some out-calls, or renting a cheap 9-5 hotel day room?

Are you looking at doing only massage with HR? Can you look at what your start up costs would be for that - i.e. massage table, studio space, advertising, and work out from there what you need to get started

Yeh I thought of outcalls but there's not much of a demand is there and it would be mainly massage with HR I'm wanting to offer as I dunno if I can face escorting again so I would have to be messing about sneaking massage beds into hotels.  I'm so stuck.  I need a local serviced apartment not too far away which there is one 5 mins for all this just to get me started, bt expensive then decide if I wanna persue a bit of escorting too but I guess it's one or the other.  Tbh I don't mind outcalls as much as they are what I started doing back in 'the good old days'.

Thanks VC as I have done massage before I'm kinda good for start up costs and have a table etc it's now decisions, decisions..

The longer the hiatus, the harder it is to return as you well know girls but once the pennies come rolling in then it's switch off, think of the money and get on with it re: escorting...
