I just store with name if given, date we spoke or date booked for plus any relevant notes. If he's cancelled how many times (unless regular I've seen umpteen times), whether he confirmed or let me know. Might be difficult to make arrangements with. If I've written nice it's because he doesn't come across as nice in comms but is in person.

Sometimes I'll include the location or something which stood out about contact or the booking. For example John 'such an area' or a name I associate with a hotel or town.

Yes. My "standard" clients are saved under day of the week/date/hour. Somehow it's the best way it works for me and I can remember them. I occasionally add name. Once they become regulars I change them into something different (CKHottie for example). My categories are mostly (sadly) for guys who give me a massive headache, looks like we all have them.

I also have a category called Rude. That's mostly those upper class older arseholes who think escorts are all the way down on the social ladder and who must have really enjoyed speaking with me (correction: I thoroughly enjoyed putting them down).

I have TW
DNA- do not answer- for those who have called and decided I don't want to see
DNS- do not see- those I have actually met and don't want to again
NS- No show

A few Wanker, idiot, twat, weirdo for when DNA just doesn't cut it!

I also have a few names with Lovely added to it! :)

I have a few with common names I might add their occupation or the month I have seen them to distinguish them a bit though invariably I still don't actually remember 'John Builder' or whatever if I saw them a long time ago!

If they are outcalls I might save them as Name +Hotel
I have  few with Name+ the fetish so John Tights or Fred Blindfold so I remember their 'thing'

When I first started I had a filing system- one of those boxes with postcard sized cards where I would list everything, name, number, dates, times, what I wore, what we did etc thinking I'd be efficient but soon realised a waste of time because so many guys come once and once I went full time I stopped being bothered!

I'm a little confused, if someone's a TW, or a NS, I just block their number.
Is this wrong?

You've got to do what's right for you.

I prefer to leave their numbers unblocked as when they call me I can just let it ring out. If they get the "The number you have dialled is not available" message then they will know they are blocked and maybe try ringing off another number.

I tend to block idiots who blow up my phone with multiple wanky texts and calls but leave the others. Ocassionally I'll pick up a no show and ask him if he'd like to pay my cancellation fee for the last time he booked and didn't show up.
And me, I am not a mess, I am a wilderness, yes

Love the above!

I'm the same as you, I prefer to know which wanky/tw/arseholes are trying to contact me and I don't want them to know they are blocked for the reason you state. Also - I like to waste a little of their time in return! Just keep ringing me - I ain't picking up - ever!

Know Thy Enemy and so on... :)
I have majority of them blocked. Before getting blocked they get saved under TW/NS or other and only then blocked. That's because my phone blocker still alerts me when they call or text.

Similarly to VC, for a few particularly obnoxious morons I don't block them. I have a couple of guys who tried to book me off several different numbers so I prefer to just let them ring.

Blocked or not, whoever sends me stupid texts or calls to inquire more than once, gets saved. This way I know when I don't have to pick up. And mostly I know why.

I don't block either, I'd rather know what they were up to and be prepared in case they announce they are coming round (if I have seen them or they have no shown after getting my address) or report them to the police if they get threatening. Not happened yet touch wood, but I feel more in control knowing who is calling and how often.  It's quick enough to reject the call if someone I don't want to speak to calls.
