You forgot to post your link. Please do so - we like to know what we're dealing with.

I'd also like to know more about how you're not an agency - does this mean you're not taking payments from the women hiring you to represent them? If not, then how are you making money?

And is spending unpaid time with colleagues compulsory? Most of us have our own friends already, and I doubt many people here would take kindly to be told when, where and with whom they'll eat, exercise and so on, especially if they're supposed to do this in their own time? We can take care of our own healthcare, too.

We don't take percentages off every client like an agency, we either provide accom at a set per day fee, weekend accom for a fixed fee, weekly accommodation at a set fee and weekly advertising and accom at a fixed fee to cover costs

It's not like a work bootcamp where we tell people what to do and when, no one has to do anything together if they don't want to I was stating things that we do do together because we've all developed a close friendship as most girls work a week at a time.

Obviously people can take care of their own healthcare but as you know the whole experience at a gum clinic can be uncomfortable so one of our girls suggested that we do it together so at least the waiting room moment isn't awkward.

We don't take money off anyone at the start.
They pay at the end of the day or week that they've booked to stay.
I wouldn't say it's a brothel because everyone can come and go as they please, when it's quiet everyone is free to do their own thing everyone has their own room and a communal living room and we have several properties its not a brothel where there's 6 girls to a 2 bed flat

You maybe wouldn't but since it comprises multiple prostitutes working from the same premises everybody else would, including the law. Why would you call it an agency when it's obviously a brothel/working flat renting rooms out; apart from anything else there are likely far more women going to be interested in a working flat?

If you don't have a website, how are these women getting punters?

It reminds me of that film " Mayflower Madam", where they all sit around in some poncy flat all day and do these girls days out in the park, having picnics, motivational speaking and yoga etc.

Her agency insisted on no condoms, for example. In New York. Up to 1984. What probably saved several women from getting HIV was they also had a 'no anal' rule too.
