I'm confused too- This seems to be a mix of brothel, working flat and agency.

Maybe the OP could explain further? It sort of sounds to me as if they have a series of working flats where everyone manages their own bookings and marketing, but calling themselves an agency doesn't fit with that especially with the lack of website.
