I'm no fan of the English police or tedious pedantry, but the above is  literally gibberish? There is not a single properly constructed sentence in the entire post - if you're trying to build 'brand awareness' and sell your service to the people who will be paying your wages (and that's presumably why you're here?) then might it be a good idea to employ someone to do your marketing who can write basic English properly?

Pimping is making money from controlling someone else's prostitution, and is as illegal here as it is in the US. Unlike the US, prostitution itself is legal in the UK so we don't risk police action ourselves if something goes wrong, which is another thing anybody considering hiring one in the US might want to think about.

Having female staff doesn't make it any less like pimping...you're clearly looking to prey upon and take advantage of new girls in the business (i.e. not "recycled") who haven't yet learned what they're completely capable of doing all by themselves.
