Timewaster / text pest - requests blackmail

I'm in Leeds but I Googled this guys phone number and got several Gumtree ads for cars for sale in Blackburn, County Durham and Leeds.
He texted to ask if I'd financially dominate him via blackmail. I knew straight away that he was a time waster and fantasist.
I told him I'd need a deposit upfront via bank transfer before I start due to time wasters. He agreed, then proceeded to ask question after question about how I'd blackmail him, what I'd do, sending his wife's number etc. I kept repeating that I wouldn't proceed without a deposit. He kept asking questions. Obviously and predictably he changed his mind.
Has asked me for this a few times, and a couple of escorts I know have had similar requests from him.

Contacted me  asked for financial domination and  Naturally, I asked for money upfront before proceeding. He said he send when he hadn't so I left it at that. The following day I got loads of abuse accusing me of stealing and that he was taking me to court. A complete nutjob.
