What makes you not accept/cancel a booking?

Also (and this happened yesterday)

Asking too many questions on the phone
Expecting too much contact in the run up to the (30 minute) booking
Saying he will be maybe 10 minutes late, and when I say fine but it will still finish at the original time only for him to say 'have you got a booking straight after?'

Yes all the same would be punter the only reason I didn't cancel earlier was that I felt bad at having to change the original time...

And block...and checking blocked texts later a load of nasty texts from him...

If the caller makes me feel uneasy in any way, or is arrogant I will cancel.  Sometimes it's not what they say but how they say it.

If my spider sense starts tingling, I will cancel for any reason I see fit and that includes regulars or new clients.

Usually they say 'I have read your reviews' and in that situation. I would simply cancel.

 i had been struggling this week otherwise  I'd not have taken a booking for an hour by an arrogant prick this afternoon  never again .
On the phone he was off slightly rude but his emails had been pleasant enough .wanted to park his expensive car and what was the area like didn't want it damaged I could understand that and reassured him my area is safe . it was just the way he spoke .
I took him in and he was very sarcastic I was ultra nice and dealt with him .. so glad after he left and this is why we should go by are gut instincts . Demanding and irritating is not my idea of pleasure
He was satisfied though  !!!
I filled the fridge up and treated myself I needed it .

These type of guys are the funniest because if they pass my screening and we meet they can NEVER get it up a second time loooooool!
