West Yorkshire area - looking for a buddy to rent a flat with !

Am currently looking into options to go independent - have been escorting for a while now for an agency, not sure about just Booking hotels all the time , what do people think? I'm thinking would be better to let a flat but what are people's experiences?
I'm thinking leeds cc in a tower block for discretion.

Any advice or interest would be welcome!

I worked in Brighouse a few years ago and absolutely loved it then when the owner moved to Halifax it was not so good. Loved Brighouse and the town centre and the lovely pork pies.

Leed CC would be a great place to work however you are looking at a great deal of money to rent a flat there.

Im a few miles out from Leeds CC and the house I use is 2 bedrooms and massive.... I pay a lot less a month than I would for a studio in the CC plus I have parking right outside my door.

You might want to look at areas in the outskirts

I rent a flat about 5 mins drive out from the center of Leeds- close enough so clients using trains can get an uber to mine cheaply, but there's no permit holder parking so clients that drive can park outside. I've had a lot of clients check that I can provide parking and heaps of others that want to know how far from the station I am, so would definitely reccommend going for somewhere near the centre but without parking restriction
